I ordered Raloxefene ****. Hadnt received it by Oct. *. Spoke with a rep who tried, but could not help me get it overnite. Instead of transferring me to a superbisor, which I repeatedly requested, he transferred me back to the automated system. I called again and requested a supervisor, who traced the problem to a frozen credit card. I gave a new account. He apologized profusely for ** min, promised he'd call with an answer after his break, and never did. I had NO DESIRE to call any of you. Today, now, my e mail has reorder confirmations. I want you to locate that BOLLUX thrower and tell him what a creepy pile of **** he turned out to be. This is my cancer medicine, slackers. And btw, dont have an automated machine call me, then have someone answer who hasnt a clue, and expects me to explain why HE called ME. Thanks for the aggravation, the failure to follow through, the failure to return promised call, the failure to e mail about any of this. Do not call me. About anything. Ever. Take care of business. Mail overnite when you ***** up. Waive the price of the refill when you repeatedly ***** up. Stop apologizing endlessly, then take care of nothing. It's insulting.
