I just had a very unpleasant experience on the telephone with one of your representatives, Jonathan. I don't think I have ever written a complaint about an employee, but he was so unbelievably rude to me that I felt I should report him. I was calling about an issue of my doctor not receiving notification to authorize my medication and asked that Optum RX fax the request to him. Johnathan very curtly told me the authorization had been called in. When I asked him why I had received the email from Optum this morning, he very rudely said, "well, it's obvious your doctor called it in after you called their office!" I explained to him that they had not received the request and he again insisted they had and it was because I had called their office.*I finally had to just thank him and hang up because I couldn't believe he had such an "attitude'. Extremely poor customer service!
GetHuman-terryzel did not yet indicate what OptumRx should do to make this right.
