Insurance doesn't seem to realize*care that w*o this medication I will be prone to having migraines that result in me having seizures on a regular basis. I had to switch to this medication because the ones I've been on have become ineffective.
I want insurance to approve this request so that it doesn't cost me $**** a month to have my migraine medication that helps prevent seizures- I have seizures when I have migraines.
I have been a customer for several years and have generally been satisfied.
I went to my local pharmacy. They advised that there is no generic so there is no alternative medication.

I called the main number, provided them with the ref * that was included in the voice mail. The rep then tracked it down, requested info to identify myself and provided me with the info from the message via a secure email.
