Hello my name is Farishta Saifi and I am currently a member at NYSC located in Brooklyn in shore road. My rate has increased by **$ and when I had spoken with the manager Raymond he has informed me he would lower it back down to **$. Months passed and my rate remained the same. I have repeatedly called the club asking for Raymond however he would never get back to me. Finally after being on hold for ** minutes I speak with him and he tells me that he can just give me credit for money so my next month would be free. However I informed him I did not want to stay at the club, and honestly it is due to his harassing employees. I asked him to just not refund me the money and to just waive the cancellation fee to which he said he can’t. Can you please investigate?
