Hello, I reached out several times to my local club's management prior to our rates being raised. I pay for myself, my boyfriend, and my daughter. Eventually Nicole Pepe got back to me and told me should would keep our rates where they were, and refund me the difference. Shortly after, I tried reaching out to her email and Nicholas Tardibuono's email, the exact same email addreses I had reached out to prior to ask that they cancel my daughter's and Billy's membership, since they never go, effective for October **th. Ever time, I have tried to reach out to the same email addresses, since then they always get returned undeliverable. I have confirmed at the desk that I have the right contact info, every time they give me the same emails, I have copied, and pasted from my prior emails that I did receive responses to, and they always get returned. Furthermore, not only have I been paying for three extra months and the annual fees for two people I have been trying to cancel, our rates were never even adjusted and never refunded the difference. You can confirm via the records that Rachel Riffel and Billy Bliss have not got in probably over six months. I would like them to be cancelled as of October **th, the date I have been trying for, for months, and their annual fees to be prorated. Thank you,*Sharyn Riffel*****-***-****
