Hello,*I was a former member of Tapout Fitness (**nd street and *th Ave). I cancelled my membership a month before they switched to NYSC. I was then charged the $** membership I previously had and called multiple times for a refund. Spoke to many people and had to visit twice by the second time I had to bring in proof I had cancelled the month prior. Luckily I paid the cancellation fee on my card and not cash. So I brought in a statement and after * weeks I was refunded. But now I was charged at the end of November $***.** on my card. Even after I told this location to take my card information off the system and they said they did and no issues would occur. This has caused me problems and I need this resolved. I cannot afford to wait days to get in touch with a manger and days to get refunded. I would like this resolved as soon as possible. I have tried all ways to get in touch with a manager at this locations I've called on various hours and days and it seems nearly impossible.
