I have been a victim of identity theft and I have contacted Netspend to report this issue, which is not the company's fault. I discovered there are 8-9 accounts open in my name. I have requested multiple agents to close these accounts and provide me with their details. Despite explaining my situation, I keep getting transferred to different agents who ask for verification details I don't have due to the identity theft. I am trying to identify who opened these accounts in my name and get my money back, but the process has been challenging. I want to clarify that I am not blaming Netspend, but rather sharing my frustrating experience with their agents. I hope a caring representative from Netspend will reach out to me and assist in resolving this matter.

I'm unsure if I have the correct number. I would like to contact customer service to request a favor. I am hesitant to ask but have explored all options. I cannot find a better solution, so I am hoping they can waive the fee for a mobile check transfer. A 75% off promo code would also be appreciated. I have a complex dispute and have provided all the necessary documents via email. My card was used fraudulently, resulting in a canceled card and only four dollars to live on for the week. I urgently need my money back as I cannot continue living in this situation. I was assured my case would be expedited but the process seems slow. I have missed important doctor appointments due to this issue. Having been in and out of the hospital for the past two years, I now require 24-hour oxygen support, making it crucial to resolve this quickly. I'm experiencing high stress levels, which is concerning my doctor. They mentioned a credit extension as a possible solution, so I am open to whichever steps are necessary to address this matter promptly.

I noticed unauthorized charges on my Netspend statement. I disputed the charges, but not all were addressed. Over the phone, I disputed more than two unauthorized transactions, but the representative only documented two. I am requesting a full refund for all charges made in September, as the disputes were not correctly recorded. I would like all funds deposited or withdrawn from September 2, [redacted], refunded, as this was when I initially requested the disputes. Please refund my account promptly, or I will pursue legal action. Thank you.

I am looking to update my NetSpend account myself to access Netflix, but I am hesitant to provide my social security number or card proof photo via email due to the risk of fraud. I watched a video on YouTube about scamming and am concerned about giving out my information through email. I've been a loyal NetSpend member for over 7 years, and when I forgot my password in the past, they were able to reset it promptly. However, now that I am being asked for my information through email, I am feeling uneasy. My original emails are no longer accessible, and I don't want to compromise my security by providing personal information over the phone. I am extremely frustrated with the service I received regarding my card issue. I waited over an hour on hold without receiving a callback. Despite having over $80 on the card, it is showing a zero balance. I am looking to have my money refunded and the account closed. This experience has been the worst I have ever encountered, as it has been impossible to reach a human representative. I intend to escalate this matter to the main office and inform Meijers Store about the situation.

I was notified on October 7, [redacted], that I couldn't use the Netspend Visa card I bought at Smith's grocery for $[redacted]. I called to request a refund to my address, which I provided carefully. After no check arrived by October 19, I followed up and found out the address was incorrect. It's now December 2, and I still haven't received anything. The issue with the wrong address has happened three times. This situation is frustrating. Is there any way other than a check to send me my money?

Netspend allowed someone to withdraw $[redacted].00 from my account and then blocked it. They didn't block it when the money was being taken, but they did block it when I tried to inquire about the situation. I provided Netspend with my ID, social security card, and even mail showing my identity. I even took pictures of myself holding the Netspend mail I received at my address, but my account remains blocked. Netspend keeps promising a supervisor will call me within a few hours, but that call never comes. This has caused my utilities to be turned off, leaving me searching for a place for myself and my children to stay. I need this issue resolved quickly.

I recently bought three Netspend cards, each loaded with $[redacted] from Walmart because I don't have a bank account. I used them to make a purchase from Summit Auto Parts. I wasn't aware that Netspend monitors my spending. Now I'm left with $[redacted] that I can't access, which is troublesome especially with Christmas around the corner. I've attempted to go on their website and email my documents, but I haven't received any feedback from them yet. This is starting to become quite bothersome.

I am having difficulty activating my card. I have been unable to reach customer service and the website is not accessible to me for assistance. I need help as my paycheck is set to be deposited, and I am unable to use the card. I am familiar with other card activation processes such as Green Dot, which are much simpler. I urge you to consider revising your system to make the activation process more user-friendly.

I contacted customer service to activate my card but encountered a rude and unprofessional agent. Despite providing my name, social security number, and address with zip code as requested, the agent instructed me to mail in my ID card and utility bill for proof of address. I find this unnecessary to access my funds. I request a prompt resolution to this matter for my account transactions. Thank you, Mr. A. Azuike. Why is this required?

I have been residing in my apartment for 2-3 years, and ever since I moved in, I have consistently received mail addressed to Lesha Miles from your company. Ms. Miles does not reside here and was not the previous tenant before me but the one before that. She has not updated her address. Despite informing our apartment complex that she does not live here and requesting that her mail be stopped, her name is not even on my mailbox. I do not understand why her mail continues to be delivered when her name should not be listed in my mailbox. Our mail carrier seems indifferent to these instructions. I kindly ask for the mail addressed to Lesha Miles to be ceased at my apartment.

I urgently need to speak with someone about a serious issue. Despite reaching out to customer service, I have not received any assistance. I was supposed to receive a check with a balance of over $[redacted], but it never arrived. My account was closed due to inactivity during this time. I have provided my social security number and all the information I can to the agents, but I keep getting transferred to an automated system. I need help disputing a charge with Hopper on my account for $15. I paid a total of around $80 with a combination of credits on my account and my NetSpend card. I booked a room that looked completely different from the pictures on the app. The room was in a sketchy hotel with a strong smell of smoke and dark red stains on the bedding. I suspect it might have been blood. The hotel was noisy with people using drugs outside. I tried to cancel but couldn't reach anyone. The lady who seemed to work there gave me the key and didn't want to refund my money. I am hoping to dispute this charge.

I have been attempting to address an ongoing issue I am experiencing with NetSpend. They continue to deny my refund, claiming the money has already been sent. This has been going on since September [redacted], and despite my efforts to contact them in December, I am only met with automated responses. I believe their poor customer service should be publicly exposed, such as on TV or through news channels like channel 7 in NYC. I, Wanda H., bought a $[redacted] prepaid card for my 14-year-old granddaughter's Christmas gift on 12/4. She, along with her mom and aunt, tried unsuccessfully to activate the card and verify it. I have reached out several times but the issue persists. They even communicated with the child, who doesn't have any identification or bills in her name. I have proof of purchase from Walmart and verified the deduction from my bank account on 12/04/22. I need the $[redacted] back as I still intend to give it to the child for Christmas. I received a notification about an extra card being ordered through the automated system, which I did not request. The agent I spoke to did not address the issue and left me waiting without any explanation. I am concerned about the unauthorized card being sent to someone else. I recently called to address an issue regarding an extra card being sent to me without my request. The representative mentioned that the card is being shipped automatically by Netspend but refused to disclose the shipping address or the person's name who ordered it.
