I have a T mobile cell phone account wherein Netflix is paid for by T mobile however for the past ** months Netflix has been charging me $**.***month for their services. *There was Misinformation on Netflix representatives part (Philippines call center)*When I called Netflix to set the Netflix up in February or March **** the Netflix rep said I still had to pay extra and did not offer to connect my Tmobile account to Netflix.*Yesterday I called (Philippines call center again) spoke with 'Ace' and explained. He said they will help connect my Tmobile account to my Netflix but will not reimburse me for (**) months of over-payment. I asked for a supervisor. A Michael got on the call. He said the same thing that he would not reimburse me for the double payments I paid. I asked Michael for his ID*, last name, first initial of his last name, call center company name, exact city of call center, or any other info that might help me distinguish him from any and all other Michael's working there but he refused to provide any of these.*I asked to be connected to someone in USA. He refused.*I asked for a contact number to call USA be refused to provide one. **RESOLUTION: *Here is how I'd like Netflix to fix the problem. *I would like to be reimbursed for the ten to eleven months of payments I made to Netflix which were in essence double payments for my service.*You can reach me at ***-***-**** or at *****@***.com
