I need my account **** ****-E Interest Statement, asap. Using my computer to log in is not being recognized by Navient. My login info was saved on my computer but using it isn't working on log in screen. To reset log in info per Navient Prompt - I use my account number (**********) and birth date (**-**-****) Then it request my name (JOSEPH MATACHAK SR) - then Navient prompt tells me no account can be found. I've phoned with no luck in speaking to a human, it is frustrating! *I see the next question to me from you is to correspond by e-mail. Doesn't Navient have any courtesy toward customers to speak with them on the phone (***-***-***** ? I'm not a Robot.*If this method achieves my request for my account ****-E , I'll be surprised.
