Hello! I am writing because last week I had an online chat with a representative, and removed a line from my account. I was wondering if there's anyway I can add that line back on? And if so, how much will cost me or should I wait until the bill is due? And also, I forgot the password I set for the account and I went to a store and they took my DOB my name and email address and said I should get an email within ** hours so I can reset my information. And I have not received an email or a phone call or nothing. So I cannot access any features on the actual metropcs website. I hope this issue can all be resolved in a timely manner because I am more then willing at this point to switch my carrier. I have been loyal customer that for the *st time have received poor customer service.
GetHuman-mrsajack did not yet indicate what Metro PCS should do to make this right.
