It appears that I inadvertently prompted the app update on August 25th to resolve the issue. Perhaps a free cheeseburger from McDonald's is in order for contributing to their success. It's amusing that their app indicates compatibility with iOS 10.0 or later! - Chris Large corporations sometimes struggle to implement positive changes due to the ego of their employees.

I arrived at McDonald's around 6:40 pm to grab a bite to eat. Waiting in the second lane at the drive-thru, I inquired about wraps to the cashier. Despite expressing my readiness to order a few times, the cashier did not take my order while attending to those in lane one. Feeling ignored, I considered leaving as another car was behind me. I observed the cashier looking my way but not taking my order deliberately. The service felt rude. I did not catch their names, but one cashier was a Hispanic female in her early 20s, and the other was a Black female around 5'8", slender, with dark skin, a black wig, and a dark blue McDonald's uniform. This occurred at the McDonald's on 22rd Street in Tampa, FL, between 12th Ave and 13th Ave. Perhaps additional customer service training is needed for the staff. Thank you for your attention. - DM

I am concerned about “My Store,” specifically the location at [redacted] Carmel Mountain Rd, San Diego, CA [redacted]. I have been a frequent visitor to this store for six years, arriving 5 days a week between 5:45 am and 6:15 am. The staff during the opening shift, particularly the person at the Drive-thru, displays remarkable efficiency but seems overwhelmed. Customers like myself experience unnecessary delays at the counter due to the lack of dedicated staff assigned to this area. In the past, there used to be specific employees for the counter and the window, but this is currently not the case. I hope this feedback prompts Corporate to reassess the staffing standards at “My Store.” Thank you for your attention. Magda Rivero

I recently ordered 4 snack wraps from the store. I requested 2 Chipotle BBQ crispy chicken snack wraps and 2 plain without any sauce, but with toppings like lettuce, cheese, and onions. Unfortunately, I received just plain chicken strips on tortillas without any toppings. This is the second time my order has been incorrect. Today, during breakfast, I spent almost $30 and my order was wrong, but I overlooked it then. Now, during lunch, the same mistake happened again. I clearly communicated my order twice, so it's frustrating. I would appreciate a replacement for my order and some complimentary food for the inconvenience. Additionally, a large fries and a medium fries were included in my bag mistakenly.

Today at 12:15 PM, on September 16, [redacted], my wife and I visited the McDonald's on Route 10 East in East Hanover, NJ. We ordered two Large hot french vanilla coffees with extra cream and sugar at the drive-thru. Unfortunately, the second coffee was not properly closed and spilled on my lap, causing discomfort and burning. Despite the incident, the initial response from the employee handing out the coffee and the subsequent behavior of some staff members was unsatisfactory. The Manager, Marisol, apologized, but there was a lack of concern for my well-being and embarrassment. I voiced my concerns to Marisol and requested the corporate contact information. I am disappointed by this experience and do not plan to visit this McDonald's again, possibly affecting my patronage of other McDonald's locations.

The store in Rayville, LA, always seems to be closed before its posted closing time of 1 am. Numerous customers have reported arriving as early as 9 pm to find the store already closed with employees inside. Many have been redirected to Wendy's due to the early closure. Such experiences have led to dissatisfaction among customers. It is suggested that the store adjusts its closing times or ensures they remain open until the posted hour. Additionally, the behavior of employees towards customers should be reviewed as it has prompted many to avoid McDonald's altogether. It is recommended that these issues be addressed by the management for improved customer experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

This is my fifth visit to the McDonald’s located in Tucson, Arizona at [redacted] W Irvington Rd, Tucson, AZ 85[redacted]. There is a lady who works there cleaning and typically asks people to leave the play area at 8pm or 9pm even though it closes at 9:30pm. Today, I was on my laptop while my children were playing along with others. The employee announced she would close at 9pm. I didn't hear her initially as I was focused on my computer. She then came up to me rudely and asked if I understood what she said in Spanish. I spoke to a manager about her behavior, but he didn't acknowledge me properly. He mentioned I could contact corporate, and the number was on the door. I felt unhappy and disrespected. I visit this place to spend time with my family, not to be rushed or unwelcome. This treatment is unacceptable. I used to work at McDonald’s in [redacted], and I would never be so impolite. The incident occurred on 09/17/19 from 8pm to 9:30pm.

I want to give feedback regarding the McDonald's at Harry and Hillside in Wichita, Kansas. I have been a loyal customer there for 12 years, but I have seen numerous issues over time, particularly with the recent decline in employee and management quality. With more than 20 years of customer service experience, including training staff in previous roles before starting my own business, I am disappointed with the service I received today. While I generally avoid conflicts, tonight's experience compelled me to speak up. I hope this feedback can help improve the overall customer experience at this location.

I wanted to share my recent experience at a McDonald's in Wichita, Kansas on Harry and Hillside. I went there late at night hoping to grab some McChicken sandwiches, but encountered a disappointing interaction with one of the employees. Despite waiting patiently, the employee at the drive-thru, a lady in her late 60s with gray hair and old-fashioned glasses, seemed disoriented and crossed-eyed. When I tried to place my order, she raised her voice, slammed the door on me, and was rude. The situation escalated when another older lady joined in, giving off the impression they might call the cops on me. I was left hungry and upset by the lack of professionalism and customer service. It is vital for this McDonald's location to provide better training to their employees, especially for late-night shifts. The poor behavior I encountered is unacceptable, and it's clear that there are issues with the management and staff training at this store.

I went through the drive-thru to order a muffin with egg, cheese, and sausage, but was informed that they stopped serving muffins after 2 pm. I asked about the lack of signage and questioned the manager, who couldn't provide a clear explanation. I am disappointed with the misleading advertising of a 24-hour breakfast menu and the poor customer service at this location in Hiawassee, Georgia. I will share my experience on social media to gather feedback. I would appreciate a significant McDonald's gift certificate to make up for this incident.

I've recently visited McDonald's and had a positive experience. I would like to give a shoutout to David and Anna, the excellent employees at the Newport location. They were efficient, friendly, and corrected any mistakes in my order promptly. Despite this positive interaction, I have other concerns that have not been addressed yet. I haven't received any calls or responses regarding my previous complaints. I prefer not to download any additional apps for communication. If needed, you can reach me at [redacted]. Yesterday around 7:15 p.m., I visited the McDonald's dessert counter at the Providence Mall in Pondicherry. The lady named Deepa attended to me. When I handed her a [redacted] rupee note for two ice creams, she claimed she had no change. I mentioned I also didn't have any. After checking my purse, I gave her a 20 rupee note, a 10 rupee note, a 5 rupee note, and a 5 rupee coin. Deepa insisted the 5 rupee note was not valid, which I found frustrating. Despite my explanation, she rudely retorted, prompting me to request my money back as I no longer wanted the ice cream. As she told me to improve my speaking skills, I advised her to focus on selling properly and walked away to a nearby restroom, where she continued to loudly criticize me to a colleague. I felt embarrassed by the scene she created, especially in front of other customers. I suggest the following solutions for situations when there is no change available: 1. Politely asking customers to wait for change from the next transaction. 2. Obtaining change from a different outlet in the mall. 3. Accepting the provided change, as the 5 rupee note is valid tender. I was disappointed by the customer service I received, expecting better treatment from McDonald's staff based on their global reputation. I hope this feedback prompts action to improve your staff's behavior. - Nallalagu

Dear McDonald's, I am inquiring about the recent request by the Thai government for coffee shops to provide WiFi browsing history for the last 90 days to combat 'fake news'. As a global company, it is important to consider the implications of complying with such demands on privacy rights and potential impact on customers worldwide. I would appreciate more information on how this request may affect your operations in the country. Thank you for addressing my concerns. Sincerely, Stepan K.

On the evening of October 6th, I encountered an issue at the location on [redacted] Pineville-Matthews Rd in Charlotte, NC [redacted]. When I asked for the franchise owner's information, the staff directed me to details on the door. However, when I tried to reach out to this address, the letter was returned as "Not deliverable as addressed." I am now seeking clarification on the correct contact information for the franchise owners.

I am seeking advice on how to deal with a troubling situation involving my general manager. This morning, when I called him because I overslept and was late for work, he used extremely inappropriate and offensive language towards me. Despite my respectful manner, he verbally abused me over the phone, even resorting to vulgar insults. I was deeply upset by his behavior, and now I am unsure how to address this issue with him. I want to handle this situation more effectively and professionally. Thank you for any guidance you can provide.

The bathroom is dirty, tables are not wiped, the ice tea container is empty, and the refreshment center is trashy and dirty. Both ketchup dispensers have been empty for 3 days according to an employee. My order was missing fries and a cup on the tray, fries and a McDouble were served cold, no apple pies were baked, and the hot fudge for my sundae was not hot. The workers were on break at a handicap table, and customers waited patiently in line for an employee to come to the register. These concerns happen frequently at store #[redacted]. I have notified management with pictures via email at [redacted] There are limited fast food options in Smithville, but construction for others is underway due to the area's growth. Despite the issues, I enjoy McDonald's burgers and hope these problems will be addressed promptly. - Laurie C.

There seems to be a significant discrepancy in how money and responsibilities are divided between a corporate director and their ex-wife in Colorado Springs. The corporate director appears to be benefiting greatly while the ex-wife and children receive minimal support. Various examples are provided to illustrate the unequal distribution, including unfair financial burdens and tax benefits, among other things. Suggestions are made for a fairer division of expenses, such as covering all medical and educational costs, sharing tax exemptions, and providing ongoing financial support. The writer feels strongly that this individual should be held accountable for their obligations to their ex-wife and children, emphasizing the need for a more equitable arrangement that reflects the contributions and sacrifices made by all parties involved.

This morning, I arrived at 5 am only to find two employees inside. Despite the door being locked, they glanced at me and walked off. After about ten minutes, a man came over and informed me they were closed. I pointed out it was only 5:15, but he responded by saying she had said they were closed. When I asked for her name, he refused to provide it. Frustrated, I asked again, but he simply said no. Disappointed, I left the premises at that point.

Hello, I recently placed an order for over £20 with order number (#441D) and unfortunately, my order was incomplete. I ordered a Happy Meal for my son, but it only came with a small coke and was missing the burger, fries, and toy. My son was very upset and cried for over an hour. Additionally, the burgers I received were all cold, despite living only 5 minutes away from the McDonald's in Bracknell. This experience has left me disappointed, especially when trying to explain the situation to a 5-year-old. The customer service at the Bracknell store was very poor. I doubt I will be ordering from McDonald's again after this incident.

I placed an order through the app and then went through the drive-thru, which had a few cars ahead of me. Upon arrival, I noticed trash and food on the floor and tables, which was concerning. The staff member at the counter was friendly and greeted me, although they had trouble with the smoothie mix as it was out. A manager showed them how to add it manually to my cup, which I found unsanitary. Unfortunately, they were also out of the pies I ordered and offered to make fresh ones, but I opted for a refund. The manager mentioned I had to process the refund through the app for app orders. When offered cookies as an alternative, I accepted, but they were not readily available. Eventually, I decided to just receive my food and the receipt. The staff seemed unsure about giving me a receipt for a mobile order and stated that mobile orders do not receive paper receipts, which was different from my past experiences. Overall, I was dissatisfied with the service and the completion of my order.
