I been ordering stuff online and went instore and purchased an item. Got a **% off copon so i went online and tried ordering the same item with the **% off. Upon, placing the order i received and email saying the order was canceled, after trying to place the order once more i was unable to use the coupon code. i then called customer service and the representative was nice to assist me with the order and adjusting the price to match after placing the order a second time. After a few hours i received the email one more that the order was not successful. Once more i called customer service and the representative this time told me he had to transfer me to another department to get further help, the representative that then came to assist me made it aware that my order kept getting canceled because my account has been under investigation for whatever reason. I was in such disbelief as i made most of my Christmas shopping online the week prior. So as i was trying to focus on getting the **% off i asked if there is anyway for me to get a one time use code and i can have my friend order it for me as it was a good sale and i really wanted the cheaper cost, he then told me unfortunately he was not able to provide me a code . This is when i then asked for a supervisor (Ashley), who then came on with the most attitude towards me as if we knew each other personally and have personal issues (totally don't know this individual). She then told me i have been locked out since **** and can o longer shop online , i said how is that possible when i've ordered stuff last week and before that? So i said my money isnt good enough to purchase online but its good enough instores and with that Ashley (supervisor) relied yes! I am totally disappointed by the remarks and would like to speak to someone more on this situaton and whats happening with this account as it is unclear of what's happening before i go forward to making this situation public also for the way the supervisor addressed me as if i am some sort of criminal .
