My recent order #[redacted], placed on 11/26, was left unattended on the sidewalk outside my office. Despite the office being open and typically receiving deliveries indoors, the package was left vulnerably outside in the parking lot, making it an easy target for theft. The UPS driver's actions were careless, leading to the package being taken. After contacting UPS, they directed me to reach out to Macy's due to their partnership in handling deliveries. On 11/27/21, I placed an order that is now on backorder, and the vendor has no estimated availability date. I mistakenly opted to wait for it and later tried to cancel, but Macy's online chat and customer service [redacted]# stated the order cannot be canceled anymore. Despite receiving a cancellation option via email from Macy's, I am unable to proceed with it now.

I found a great outfit in the store on sale for the friends and family promotion using the code "Friend" for 30% off. Unfortunately, I left without buying it because the store was closing. To my surprise, the outfit is not included in the online friends and family discount deal. Since the promotion is ending soon and I won't be able to go back to the store, could you kindly apply the friends and family discount to the outfit for me?

I had to speak with 6 customer service representatives before finally getting assistance. I had reported my card missing a week earlier, and when I called on 12/6/[redacted], I was concerned about a mysterious charge of $[redacted].62 on my account with an available credit of $[redacted].00 and a credit limit of $[redacted]. Each time I inquired, I was told they needed to transfer me to another department. It seemed like a tactic to avoid answering my questions. Thankfully, Michael was able to resolve the issue in less than 10 minutes during my last call. It was clear that the other representatives lacked the necessary knowledge. Improved training for customer service representatives is essential.

Order #[redacted]: I received 2 items from my recent order, the Nostalgia popcorn maker, and 1 OXO cookie jar. However, I did not receive the other 2 OXO cookie jars. The online tracking indicated they were delivered, but they are missing. Can you please check if there is a delay with the delivery of the remaining items? Unfortunately, I did not receive it. I suspect it may have been misplaced or stolen. I'm hoping to either get the item delivered to me or receive a refund. On November 26th, I placed several orders, and while most were successful, a few were mistakenly delivered to my old address, despite having updated my information since May. The orders correctly sent to my current address arrived without issue. I even visited my old address today to check, but they confirmed no deliveries for me. One order, in particular, Order #[redacted] for $[redacted].70, has gone astray. I kindly request a re-delivery of the packages to [redacted] N Water St, Henderson, NV [redacted], or a refund. I purchased a mattress on sale for $[redacted] plus tax and shipping. After sleeping on it for two nights, I experienced alarming physical reactions. Upon lying down, my usually calm heart started pounding, causing me to stay awake. Throughout the day, I felt my lungs were compromised. I addressed potential off-gassing by leaving the window open, but the issues persisted on the second night. I cannot sleep in my room due to the adverse effects of this mattress. It seems there may be something toxic or harmful with this product. I would like to arrange a return. Thank you.

My account balance is incorrect. I purchased a pair of Tommy Hilfiger "Booties" online for $55.00 with a discount applied, but the sales slip shows $57.27 with tax. I returned the purchase through The Country Postman on Nov. 22 using a return label from Macy's website. Despite Macy's acknowledging the return on my account, my balance remains at zero. I wanted to share my positive experience with an outstanding customer service representative. Daisha (sorry if the spelling is incorrect) successfully resolved my furniture delivery and billing problems on November 15th. Thanks to her assistance, I now have a paper bill reflecting the accurate charges. In the past, I had attempted to resolve the issue with a salesperson in the furniture department but did not receive the same level of help.

I am contacting regarding my recent order number #[redacted]. I was expecting the missing navy item to be delivered on December 5, [redacted], along with the other items in my order. However, on that date, I received an unsolicited item - a pair of medium-sized jeggings in a gift box without any accompanying documentation. The jeggings show signs of wear, with marks on the legs, indicating they might have been tried on. Unfortunately, the jeggings are not something I would ever order as they do not fit me well. On December 7th, I purchased a medium "LA Pop Art Women's Word Art Hooded Sweatshirt - Dinosaur T-Rex Skeleton" with Web ID [redacted]3 from Macy's. The estimated delivery date was yesterday, December 16th. So far, the only information I have is that the shipper generated a label on December 8th. I just contacted UPS and they have no record of receiving my package. I am concerned as to why there have been no updates on the status of my package since December 8th. I am also curious when I can expect to receive my order. I was really hoping to have it by December 25th.

Hello, I purchased an item online as a birthday gift, intending to collect it in-store. Unfortunately, I had to leave for my trip earlier than planned and couldn't pick it up before I left. Upon my return, I was shocked to find out it had already been picked up. No one else was aware of this order besides me, so I'm certain no one picked it up on my behalf. I placed an order under Jaqueline Almanza with order number #[redacted] for a black Club Room shirt and a red Polo Ralph Lauren shirt. According to the tracking information, the package was delivered to my mailbox on December 11th. However, my mailbox is too small for packages, only letters fit inside. Normally, packages are left at my front door. I checked with my neighbors, and they do not have my package. I even searched the bushes. Since my back patio is gated and I have a dog, it is unlikely the delivery person could have left it there. Given the situation, I would prefer a refund due to the upcoming holidays. Thank you.

My order was initially cancelled due to backorder, prompting me to place a new order for the same items in bulk at a cheaper price. I also purchased a gift card for my adopted child's adoption day. I didn't receive the email for the gift card, so I tried to print it from the app today. Surprisingly, the second order I made was cancelled, and the original order that was initially cancelled is now active again.

I recently made a purchase with Macy's with two items tagged for same-day delivery. One of the items, earrings, was later canceled but was mistakenly included in the delivery. I contacted customer service, and after being on hold for 30 minutes, the call got disconnected. I've been monitoring my Macy's account all week, but the issue hasn't been resolved yet.

Yesterday morning at around 10:00, I purchased a Queen Foam mattress (Simmons Slumberzzz 7.5 inches) from a Macy's customer service representative over the phone. The agent took my email address, home phone number, and assigned me an order number. However, it has been 24 hours since then, and I have yet to receive an email confirmation. When I tried to track my order on Macy's website, I received a message stating there was no information matching the order number and phone number I provided.
