Get home ... I went left and it had issues processing my credit card which there was no issue I still don’t know why there was an issue and every time I would ask me to put in my information, charging me to the point where it was like $* worth which I had a red flag mark on my account. After multiple and lengthy wait times and much more, I would be told to do this or that and when i did…same issues. I was stranded at the time in the cold, rain, and dark with my ** yr old child, no answers, no apologies, nothing. I did swear at times but I always said its not directly to the person helping me, it was towards the situation. Days later i was given an email stating I violated the terms of service which I read and did not, and banned. I receive credit through my county and it sits there and i have no access to it or anything. I constantly ask customer service and they say someone will email me and I get nothing. I went through my county for assistance and either they are next to impossible to get a hold of or they agree I didn’t violate and to contact lyft and blah blah and even they have issues contacting them as well… i don’t understand, i have mental health issues and use them to get to work and store and whatnot hence the reason for the help from my county. And am on the verge of getting fired because i don’t have reliable transportation. Have an excellent rider thing and Never had anything in regards to Drivers or anything like that. Just need that account back*Thank you
