I have arranged for a pickup from my home twice in the last three to four weeks for a journey to Chattanooga Airport. I usually make the reservation the day before, check the status before bed, and ensure a driver is confirmed. The first time I booked a trip, I had a confirmed driver when I went to sleep, but in the morning, a new driver was assigned, which was okay. Yesterday, I scheduled another pickup and in the morning, when I was supposed to be picked up, there was no driver assigned. This situation is not acceptable. I realize I live a bit outside of metro Chattanooga in Georgia, but if you cannot guarantee a scheduled driver, you should not offer services in North Georgia. This caused me stress and inconvenience as I had to quickly make other transportation arrangements.

I arranged a ride from [redacted] Blair Dr to [redacted] Havenhurst Dr in West Hollywood, but I was mistakenly taken to Hayvenhurst in Encino. As a result, I see that $37.81 was charged incorrectly. I kindly request a recalculation for the accurate amount to be charged to my account. Furthermore, as a new customer, I believe I should have received some coupons in my account. I would be grateful if these issues could be rectified promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter. P.S. I received a text from the driver, Michael, explaining the situation around 11:23.

I have noticed that I am being overcharged for rides to [redacted] Clarksville Rd in Princeton Junction, NJ as the drivers have the destination set as Robbinsville, NJ, which is further away. Even though I make it clear that my destination is [redacted] Clarksville Rd in Princeton Junction, the drivers insist on heading to Robbinsville. On one occasion, driver Kumad understood my destination correctly and took me there on April 4th. I mistakenly rated him 3 stars, but he truly deserves more than 5 stars. The situation is both costly and frustrating for me as drivers keep arguing about the destination and the fare. I seek assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

It seems like Pof has updated their format and unfortunately, I have been banned from creating an account or logging in. I assure you I am not one of the scammers on the site. I primarily use a desktop with a landline connected to my computer. I previously had two accounts on Pof, one of which is quite old since I use two separate email addresses. However, when attempting to log in, I am stuck in a loop of solving captchas with picture selections. I am unable to access my old account or create a new one. If Pof now requires users to have a cell phone for verification via text, I may be unable to continue using the platform as I do not own a cell phone and do not plan to get one.

Last night, I assisted an 83-year-old friend who faces technical and mental challenges in setting up a Lyft account. Today, when I used my Lyft app for a ride, I discovered that my account seems to have merged with my friend's. It appears my account is missing, and the ride I took was charged to my friend's account. I need assistance with this complex mix-up, which was caused by my error. I will need to speak with someone over the phone to resolve this issue promptly. Your help in addressing this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. - R. Humphreville

Hello, I am a passenger who needs to provide a specific receipt to my employer for Lyft ride reimbursement. The emailed receipt is acceptable, whereas the print version from the ride is not. I am looking to request a resent receipt for a ride on April 6 at 4:13 am in Houston, Texas with Alexandra. The original email showed an outstanding balance due to a resolved credit card issue. I would appreciate it if you could resend the email with the payment confirmation for this ride. Thank you! Thomas Main

Hello, my name is Buddha Rai and I have an inquiry regarding my Lyft app not working. Upon logging into my account, I received a message stating that there are background check issues. According to the criteria provided, I have had a total of three violations within the past three years, and I currently only have three violations remaining. I would like clarification on why I am still being disqualified from becoming a Lyft driver despite meeting the regulations. I have reviewed all of Lyft's requirements, which include limitations on moving violations, major moving violations, DUIs, and serious driving-related convictions. I am eager to receive a prompt response regarding the reason for disqualification in this case. Thank you.

I created an account with Lyft on 4/11/19 to access customer service, as Google indicated there was a 24/7 customer service line on the app. I couldn't find the help number until after I made a pick-up with the same address for both pick up and drop off. I spoke with a driver named Alexander who tried to assist me before leaving Lyft. Another driver, Randolph, then tried to help. I have screenshots of both drivers' information. I am unwilling to pay $5.00 for assistance and have informed Randolph not to charge me. I'm also looking to obtain a customer service number for a friend, Adam Leach, who had his card used for multiple rides on Lyft but does not have the app. I would appreciate a refund for the $5.00 fee and prompt contact from a Lyft customer service representative. Thank you, Dana Kraus.

I have the support of the city mayor to lead as I seek out the leaders of Arizona, small business owners, or those trying to start their own businesses. I am creating a marketing page to offer and find work opportunities. "Colour Me Wrights" is essential for us to consult with one another and steer Arizona towards a brighter future. This marketing page is for the non-profit organization that aims to combat prison gangs, raise funds for Arizona's schools, aid the homeless, and ultimately make a positive difference. I am reaching out to Lyft to request their support by donating transportation services. Lyft, as a prominent figure within their community, can make a significant impact. I am specifically looking for a driver who is a DACA recipient. Your assistance is crucial in my mission to enhance the safety and prosperity of our city. Thank you for your consideration.

Last night, I had a pickup in the Kansas City area near Weatherby Lake between 9 and 10 p.m. Upon arrival, two gentlemen informed me that they no longer required Lyft services as they had opted for Uber instead. Due to hitting the pickup accidentally, I was stuck in the situation and ended up having to cancel the ride, which could reflect poorly on me and result in no payment for not completing the pickup. I'm wondering if there is a way to verify this information or if there is any reimbursement for such situations where customers cancel or are no-shows. For any further inquiries, feel free to contact me at [redacted]. Thank you, Tim.

I required a lyft today from my store to my home as I move with a walker and had two large shopping bags. Despite heavy rain, I waited outside, spotting the driver parking five cars away. After signaling for him to come closer multiple times, I eventually had to make my way over to him, getting my walker and bags wet. When I questioned why he didn't park closer, he claimed there were no spots and refused to take me, driving off and falsely marking me as a no-show. I am requesting the removal of the $5 charge for the no-show and a deduction from Mario's salary for his behavior. I also need a more accurate way to set up my pick-up points, as I have encountered issues with incorrect locations in the past. Please adjust the addresses in your system and remove any erroneous late fees. I enjoy interacting with most drivers and only ask for these improvements to avoid similar incidents in the future. You can contact me at [redacted]

Subject: Proposal for Enhancing Rider Safety Hello Lyft Team, I am writing to share an innovative rider safety idea that my friend, Lazaro Santos, and I have developed during our years of using ride-sharing services. We strongly believe that this idea could significantly enhance the safety of Lyft passengers. We are willing to travel from Miami, Florida to Lyft Headquarters, at our own expense, to discuss this proposal with Lyft executives. However, we kindly request that a non-disclosure agreement be signed prior to the meeting. If Lyft is interested in our suggestion, please reach out to me at [redacted] or respond to this email within the next five days. Otherwise, we will explore the possibility of presenting our idea to another ride-sharing company. We are confident that Lyft stands to benefit greatly from our concept and we look forward to the opportunity to discuss it further. Thank you for your time and consideration. Best regards, Richard Muñoz

Hello, I purchased a [redacted] Nissan Altima last month. Krystal Bird is already approved to drive, and now I am waiting for my and Samuel Hayes' approvals. We are all covered by my GEICO insurance. Can you please advise on what Sam and I need to do to finalize our applications? My background check shows a misunderstanding: while it mentions a 66-year sentence 30 years ago, I was actually released 36 years early due to winning my case after 30 years of legal proceedings. I was released on November 29, [redacted]. Thank you for your assistance, and I await your prompt response.

I left my wallet and phone in the car with Hector. When I noticed, I called my phone from a friend's phone, but Hector didn't answer. Strangely, after 30 minutes, Hector called back from my phone multiple times. I was puzzled why he didn't pick up initially. Later, I received fraud alerts from Chase and Mastercard. Someone tried to make charges in Omaha, Nebraska, while I was in Houston, Texas. This is concerning, especially as the card was in my wallet attached to the phone. I tipped Hector $20, but was charged $15 by Lyft. It was my mistake to leave my belongings, though we were distracted by the driver getting lost. I'm unhappy with this situation and have canceled my Mastercard, with plans to contact Chase next. I'm considering not using Lyft in the future.

Hello, my name is Ingrid. On April 17, [redacted], my mom, my son Caden, and I went grocery shopping at Walmart and used Lyft to get home. The driver, Stephen, arrived but refused to drive us because we didn't have a car seat for Caden. Despite our situation, he insisted we cancel the ride, leaving us stranded. I hope actions are taken against this driver. I was concerned about being charged again for another ride since another driver, James, was on the way. This experience was unacceptable, and we deserve compensation for the inconvenience caused. Two women and a baby should not have been left in this situation.

On the morning of April 18th, I requested a Lyft ride as usual but encountered confusion with two drivers who were unable to locate me. The first driver, Valerie in a Chevy Equinox, and the second driver, Otis in a Cadillac SRX, both had trouble finding my location even though I was at [redacted] The Alameda, not Grindon Ave in Balto where they were waiting. Otis ended up picking me up despite the location discrepancy. This is unusual as I regularly use Lyft without any issues. I need assistance in correcting the charges for these rides that did not actually happen.

During April [redacted], I benefitted from the 30-day $8.00 discount on each ride promotion. However, it seems this offer has ended or been fully utilized. My daily Lyft round trip to work now costs approximately $38.00, which is unaffordable for me on a daily basis. As Lyft is my primary means of transportation to and from work, I'm seeking alternative promos or discounts to make these daily rides more economical. I would appreciate any assistance or information you can provide regarding other promotions or discounts I can avail to reduce my daily commuting expenses.

I booked a ride with a promotion that I need right away. The total charge is $1.88. Even though I have enough money in my PayPal account, I'm having issues using my PayPal prepaid Mastercard, which is linked to my account. The system is indicating a mismatch with the billing address, but that shouldn't be the case. Please respond to me as soon as possible.

I had a scheduled pick up at 8:15 this morning, so I headed to the area and waited. Despite getting multiple Lyft pick up requests, I declined them all since I had the scheduled ride in 15 minutes. However, I'm unsure if I accidentally canceled the scheduled ride amidst declining the other requests. It seemed like the scheduled pick up was canceled by the time it hit 8:15. I wish there was a way to filter calls so when I have a pre-scheduled ride, I wouldn't get other pick up requests. If the app showed the address of the scheduled ride, I could have gone straight there. Next time, I'll ensure I prioritize the scheduled pick up to avoid missing it. Now, I'm not getting any calls.

My name is Sami Ismail. I used your services twice yesterday. The first ride was to my house with a driver named Emierson. Upon checking my account, I noticed he charged me $[redacted] for supposed damage. I'm unsure what the damage entails, but all my rides are recorded with audio and video. I believe he is dishonest and I have evidence to support this. I intend to share this experience on social media to bring attention to his actions. This is the first time I have experienced such dishonesty with your company. Please reach out to me at [redacted], and I can provide you with the audio-video evidence showing there was no damage during the ride. My bank will handle the chargeback, but I would appreciate if you address this issue with your driver Emerson. Thank you.
