It has been over two weeks since I last heard back from your team regarding my case, where I reported my missing baggage during a flight from Colorado Springs to Stuttgart. A fellow traveler in my group has already been compensated fully for his purchases. I am requesting a timely resolution to my situation. Please refer to my initial email below for details: Dear Sir/Ma’am, On July 25, I flew from Colorado Springs, CO to Stuttgart, DEU via United Airlines/Lufthansa. Unfortunately, my baggage has not arrived after being last traced to flight LH463 (MIA to FRA). I have been in Stuttgart for four days without my belongings, including civilian and military attire. This has caused me considerable embarrassment, as I had to attend a military briefing in inappropriate clothing. I have spent approximately $93.10 on essential items like shirts, underwear, and toiletries, which should not have been necessary expenses. Despite being informed that my bags are en route to Miami Airport on July 28, I had to purchase additional attire for military duties. This has not only cost me money but also valuable time. How can I proceed to seek reimbursement for the clothing I had to purchase due to the lost baggage? I have been trying to contact Lufthansa at 1-[redacted] for information regarding my flight from Toronto to Cluj, Romania on August 24, [redacted], returning on September 16, [redacted]. My email is [redacted] and my phone number is [redacted]. When calling, I receive a message thanking me for calling but do not receive the code mentioned. I am a fully vaccinated Canadian resident (Pfizer) seeking clarification on whether I need a Covid test for my outbound flight on August 24th and understand that one is required for my return on September 16th. Roche Hello, we recently contacted customer service to cancel the booking, and the advisor kindly suggested to call back later to reschedule the trip due to vaccination constraints. We would like either a refund with no fees or a reschedule of the trip with no fees. We have always been satisfied with your customer service, unlike Air France's, and we really hope to receive your assistance. I am flying from Hannover to Munich on Sunday, August 22nd, then continuing to Denver, Colorado. I initially added a second checked bag and now need to add a third. I can add it online for the Munich to Denver leg, but not for the Hannover to Munich flight. 1. Can I have 3 checked bags from Hannover to Munich? 2. If not, can I check 2 overweight bags and pay a fee? 3. I added the Hannover to Munich leg later. How can I ensure my bags go directly to Denver without needing to get them in Munich? I am experiencing long wait times to reach a Lufthansa representative, so I am resorting to this platform for assistance. My son, an American citizen, is married to my daughter-in-law, Annika Arthur, a German citizen. They have plans to fly with Lufthansa to the US on 9/15/[redacted], stay with me, and return to Linkenheim, Germany on 9/29/[redacted]. I am aware that Annika can travel with my son legally, but I am seeking clarification on the specific documentation required for her to enter the US besides their multilingual marriage license. I recently flew from Nice to Boston via Frankfurt twice, and witnessed several passengers being denied boarding for not having a PCR test for COVID. Despite having an antigenic test, they were informed only PCR tests were accepted. The US Department of State confirms antigen tests are valid for entry into the US. The confusion must be clarified by Lufthansa if PCR tests are indeed mandatory or if these passengers were mistakenly refused boarding. It may be beneficial for ground staff to receive extra training to prevent such situations. On a positive note, my flights were smooth, and I want to commend the air crew and ground staff for their excellent service. I personally had a PCR test before traveling.

Hello, I wanted to share my experience with my recent trip from Birmingham, UK to Dammam, KSA. Unfortunately, upon my arrival in Dammam, my baggage was missing. I promptly reported the situation at the airport desk, and they initiated a complaint and provided me with a tracking ticket. The next day, I checked online and saw that Lufthansa had located my bag; however, I have yet to receive it. Despite numerous follow-ups with Lufthansa and the airport desk, I have not had any success in getting my bag back. It has now been 6 days, and my return journey to the UK is approaching. I've had to spend additional funds purchasing essential items as my belongings are in the missing bag. I also reached out to Customer Relations via email, but I have not received a response. I am extremely disappointed with the poor service provided by Lufthansa and will avoid using this airline in the future.

I encountered an issue with accessing my account on lufthansa.com. When trying to sign in and reset my password, I did not receive the email with the reset link despite checking my SPAM folder. Thinking there might have been an activation problem, I created a new account and successfully activated it after receiving the email from Lufthansa. However, upon trying to sign in again, my access was denied. I once more attempted to reset my password by entering my email address, but have not received a reset link yet. Now, when I attempt to visit www.lufthansa.com, I am faced with an "access denied" message, making it even impossible to view the main page.

I, Jagdeep Buch, made a booking for my nephew, Mr. Omkar Malik, for a flight on September 5th from Delhi to Toronto via Frankfurt on a Canadian Student Visa. The Booking Reference is NW5IG3. Unfortunately, he was denied boarding on Lufthansa flight LH761 on September 5th from New Delhi despite having all the required documents, including a negative Covid-19 RT-PCR test letter and confirmation of no transit visa needed for 24 hours in Frankfurt. He also had a scheduled Covid-19 test appointment at the Transit medical facility in Frankfurt. I contacted Lufthansa before the flight but couldn't reach the right department for cancellation and refund despite multiple attempts and long waits on hold. I have been a frequent traveler with Lufthansa since [redacted]. My last trip was on 22.09.[redacted]. I am planning to travel to Italy in October with the route BLR - FRA - VCE, returning in November. When looking at ticket options online, I came across the "Economy best buy" category, which states one piece of hand baggage and one piece of checked baggage are allowed. However, when purchasing the ticket, it specifies only one baggage is allowed at check-in. I seek clarification on this matter. Regarding the ticket, can I confirm if purchasing an "Economy best buy" ticket allows me to bring one handbag and one checked baggage weighing not more than 23 kg? Additionally, my wife, an Italian citizen with an OCI document, would like to join me on the return journey. Yesterday, I made two flight bookings, one for myself and one for my nephew. I have not received a confirmation for the flight I booked for myself at $[redacted] with upgraded seat selections. Consequently, I ended up booking a new flight for myself under the booking reference MNKGUA. Unfortunately, I am not able to select seat upgrades on all Lufthansa-operated flights, and I see charges on my credit card for three flights, including the $[redacted] one without confirmation. I would appreciate securing my original flight with the upgrades I selected. If that's not feasible, I request a full refund for the incorrect charges.

On August 9, [redacted], we experienced a 7-hour flight delay from Chicago to Munich due to bad weather, causing us to miss our connection to Marseille and two days of our Viking cruise. We must file a Travel Insurance claim without our emails or boarding passes. Please assist in providing details required, including our new flight information from Chicago to Munich, the connecting flight to Marseille, and a documented reason for the delay. Our original flight was LH435 from O'Hare to Munich on August 9, moved from 9:40 pm to approximately 4 am for William Richard Castleberry and Valerie Ruminski. I am disappointed with the experience we had with Lufthansa. We were unable to board the flight to Canada due to the incompetence of the staff. Despite purchasing and receiving electronic tickets, the transfer of traveler names was never completed, despite our numerous calls to customer service ensuring all was well. I am only requesting a refund for our tickets. The lack of human interaction with the removal of the counters at the airport has made the process cumbersome and inefficient. I am deeply disappointed by this experience and will not be choosing Lufthansa for any future travel plans. The staff at the counter contacted support, who unfortunately could not provide a solution. We were advised to seek a refund, and we find this situation both unacceptable and unprofessional.

I have booked a flight from Frankfurt to Nairobi for 6 people (Booking number: VI8H4M). One person, Jan Boelling, cannot make the trip, so I wanted to cancel his ticket. However, this can only be done through the service center phone, which I couldn't reach after 3 days of constant calling. I then went to the airport service center where they were unable to cancel the participant, but they split him out and gave him a new booking number (W6ATXN). Unfortunately, I am unable to make any changes under this new number as it just shows canceled. The chat support was not very helpful either, except for stating that the booking number is still active. Only the fees of approximately [redacted] euros could be refunded.
