I had cancelled my booking WE**WB on June *th and received a cancellation acknowledgement. I followed up with a phone call about a week later and was told I would get a full refund. It has been over a month now and I still haven't received any official contact from Lufthansa nor have I received any refund. I Initially paid $*,***.** for the two Business Class tickets to Rome return. As a Canadian the government has dvised adjust any unnecessary travel and I have cancelled all plans for the remainder of the year. I want to know where my refund is!
