I placed an order on 11/25 for a Frigidaire refrigerator (model # FFHT1425VB/item #[redacted]) and a Samsung dishwasher (model # DW80B6061US/item # [redacted]) with installation, but the invoice did not reflect the installation services. The order number is [redacted]84. I have been unable to reach anyone at the local Hammond, LA store or customer service. The appliances are set for delivery on 12/17, and the online system shows shipping from Covington, LA instead of Hammond, LA. I tried emailing the dishwasher installation service but haven't received a call back yet. Tomorrow, I will visit the Hammond, LA store to address these issues. I am frustrated by the lack of communication and difficulty in coordinating the installation for these items. It has been a challenging buying experience, and I hope to have these problems resolved soon.

I need advice on returning or exchanging an item that I purchased in-store and want to exchange online. At the register, the item rang up $23 more than its price. Upon checking, the wrong (cheaper) item was stocked incorrectly. I ended up buying the cheaper one, but it turned out to be the wrong item when I got home. Can I exchange the in-store purchase online for the correct item? Thank you.

I had a scheduled delivery and installation of a washer-dryer tower for Saturday, December 3. Despite getting two phone messages that morning explaining that the drivers were absent and the truck had broken down, I could not get a satisfactory resolution from customer service or the store. They could only reschedule for the following Thursday, not the next available truck. Even after receiving a confirmation for delivery on Thursday between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., my purchase didn’t make it onto the truck. After spending three hours on the phone with multiple agents, I now have to start the scheduling process again and face another 5+ day delay. How does Lowe's continue to operate with such inefficiencies?

I bought a dryer from Lowe’s for over $[redacted], but it broke after just one week and three loads of laundry. Lowe’s claimed they could only assist within 2 days, redirecting me to the manufacturer for warranty support. The manufacturer can only schedule a service call for a week from now. I am dissatisfied because I bought a new $[redacted] machine that now needs repairs, leaving me with a refurbished dryer after minimal use. I am frustrated and believe I should receive a brand-new replacement due to this clear defect. I find this situation unacceptable.

I require assistance regarding an in-store credit issue. After returning some items and receiving an in-store credit of $93.17, it appears the credit was not properly linked to either my name or the individual I was assisting with remodeling. We purchased a refrigerator from your store on 11/21/[redacted] and the payment has been made for order number [redacted]76. The delivery was scheduled for Friday, 23 December, which was later canceled. After it was rescheduled for Tuesday, 27 December between 10 am and 2 pm, we emptied and unplugged our old refrigerator. Unfortunately, at 2:10 pm, we received a call indicating that the delivery could not be made as the item was not available. I recently bought a refrigerator from Lowes and encountered issues with the delivery. After three failed attempts on different days, it was finally delivered to the correct address with wooden skids on the wheels. Despite requesting their removal, I was informed that they lacked the necessary tools and should find someone else to remove them. As a 74-year-old in a neighborhood of seniors, I find this unacceptable. While I have been a long-time Lowes customer, this experience has left me greatly dissatisfied. Customer service should be a priority, and this experience fell short, giving Lowes a failing grade from me.

During our recent visit to the Lowe's store in McMinnville, Oregon, we bought a box of Homax Wall and Ceiling Texture. However, we had an incident at the checkout where the cashier mistakenly believed there were two bags in the box and tried to charge us double. After clarifying that the box indeed contained two bags, she acknowledged her error. It was a frustrating experience, and it highlights the importance of having knowledgeable staff at the registers.

On your website, the 'Contact Us' section is challenging to locate. I had to use a third-party site to email Lowe's. During my visit to the Des Moines Lowe's store for 8 custom shelves and brackets to mount them, I encountered unhelpful staff. Despite learning about the option for custom cuts on the website, the employees I approached seemed disinterested and unhelpful. Their lack of assistance deterred me from making the intended purchase. Disappointed, I left frustrated and turned to Amazon.com, where I found a vendor willing to cut boards to my specifications and deliver them conveniently. This experience has led me to reconsider shopping at Lowe's in the future, choosing Amazon for its efficient service and customer satisfaction record. It's unfortunate that such a comparison leaves Lowe's lacking in customer care.

We are currently in the process of rebuilding our home after hurricane Ian caused extensive damage. We have been eagerly awaiting the delivery of our interior doors, which were ordered several months ago. However, we have been disappointed multiple times as the delivery date has been postponed five times, sometimes just a day or two before the expected delivery. I had contacted your company to schedule an extended warranty service call for my broken washer on 01/02. The earliest available date was 01/10. The technician who came out had to order parts, which were supposed to be delivered within 3 days for installation scheduling. However, after waiting for 3 weeks without any part delivery, I was informed that the order had been canceled due to alleged communication issues. This was not accurate as I had been waiting for the parts diligently. Even after rescheduling a service call with a different provider for today, 01/31, the technician who previously visited called and mentioned the call was rescheduled for 02/28 due to the need to order more parts. I have already spent $[redacted] at the laundromat, and it will cost me an additional $[redacted]-$[redacted] until the washer is fixed. This situation is frustrating, as I am left wondering why the parts were not ordered promptly when known and why there were discrepancies in the communication regarding the orders. As today marks the warranty expiration date, I hope for a swift resolution to this issue with expedited service and parts delivery.

I purchased Levolour Cellular blinds from Lowe's Home Decor Department for over $2,[redacted], but encountered issues when the incorrect size was ordered due to an employee's mistake. The blinds had to be reordered, causing a delay in installation. After multiple calls and visits to the Sunnyvale, CA store, I finally received the remade blind on 2/24/23, impacting my rental income due to uncovered windows in the unit I'm trying to rent. The installation is now scheduled for 3/7/23, resulting in more lost rental income. Despite being offered $50 for finding my own installer, the situation has led to my rental unit remaining vacant as of 2/26/23, with no installation until 10 days later. Unfortunately, backup installers are scarce in the area, adding to the frustration of the situation.

Order #[redacted]98, this washer has been a disappointment. I bought a GE appliance, and it has reminded me why I avoid this brand. It's challenging to set the correct water level, and it's unclear when the cycle ends. The clothes often come out unrinsed or improperly spun. Using fabric softener requires an extra Rinse and Spin option that doesn't start immediately. Adding another spin cycle takes more time and electricity. The cycles are lengthy, and the machine is noisy. I won't be purchasing from Lowe's or this brand again. The washer's design leaves much to be desired.

My delivery has been unsuccessful twice this week. The first time, the driver mentioned it was too dark, and the second time, pictures were taken of the wrong house with claims of no one being home. I have been informed that the delivery is now scheduled for 3/11/[redacted]. I am concerned about the state of my fridge, stove, and dishwasher upon arrival. The use of your third-party delivery service has left much to be desired, and I fear it will drive many customers away. I will refrain from purchasing anything from Lowes that requires delivery in the future. If my items do not arrive this Saturday as promised, I will request a refund of $[redacted]. I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I received from your store. Yesterday (3/12/[redacted]), I purchased an upright freezer with a delivery scheduled for the morning of March 13, [redacted]. The checkout process took an hour due to lack of assistance from floor employees. Even the cashier seemed indifferent and unprofessional. The freezer, supposedly in stock, ended up not being available for immediate delivery as promised in the email confirmation. The staff's lack of communication and inefficiency has caused significant inconvenience and financial loss. My spouse, an 81-year-old, is currently en route to collect the freezer, disrupting our plans and resulting in the loss of perishable goods. Your store's customer service and operational issues need to be addressed promptly to prevent further dissatisfaction among customers.

On March 25th, [redacted], I received a delivery of [redacted] pieces of tile, some of which were cracked by the forklift. Unfortunately, I am unable to assess the exact number of damaged tiles as they are located at the bottom of the pallet. Initially, I ordered [redacted] pieces at the B.R. store. The salesman mentioned that the other Baton Rouge location of Lowe's had 2 additional boxes, which were supposed to be added to my delivery. However, these were not included. I bought these tiles on clearance for tiling my entire home and cannot afford any shortage. I have been trying to contact the store I purchased from to rectify this issue but have not received any response in the past 3 days. This delay is hindering my kitchen remodel progress. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter. Thank you.

Additionally, the salesman had assured the availability of [redacted] pieces and arranged for 2 additional boxes from the Baton Rouge Lowe's, which were not delivered. This clearance item is crucial for tiling my entire house, and the incomplete order is hindering my kitchen renovation progress. Despite efforts to reach out to a manager by phone, a return call is pending. Shane in the plumbing department took note of my concerns regarding the incomplete order and the damaged tiles but no resolution has been provided yet. Seeking a swift resolution to this matter to avoid delays in my remodeling project.

We received a refrigerator/freezer on February 25, but unfortunately, it is not functioning correctly. Both the refrigerator and freezer are unable to reach the correct temperatures. I reached out to the customer support number provided in the manual, but they have not provided effective assistance. They claim to have contacted the manufacturer and are awaiting instructions.
