I called today ****** to cancel my subscription was on hold for over ** minutes I finally got an operator and advised I would like to cancel he took my information asked why and then put me on hold when I asked not to be because I had been holding for over **minutes already and this was the cancellation dept. he proceeded to put me on hold anyway and then after another * minutes on hold I was disconnected. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND IF THERE WAS A WAY TO CONVICE ME TO KEEP MY SUBSCRIPTION THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE WOULD MAKE ME CANCEL MY SUBCRIPTION! CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY..
