I had a disappointing experience at Little Caesar's in Kannapolis, NC. Initially, there was a ten-minute wait at the counter. The "hot & ready" pizzas I ordered were not ready, and I found a handwritten note stating they don't accept $50 or $[redacted] bills, leaving me with only fifty-dollar bills. This was inconvenient as I was buying pizzas for a local homeless shelter, which ran out of food. Despite ordering three pepperoni and two plain cheese pizzas, all five were pepperoni when I got back to the shelter. I am frustrated by the false advertising and lack of service. Little Caesar's in Kannapolis, NC, failed to meet expectations, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I had a negative encounter with one of your employees at the Gainesville Florida store on main street. The employee named Kayla was unhelpful and disrespectful to me when I requested to use the restroom, which was locked. Even after mentioning another friendly staff member, Kayla responded rudely and called me a derogatory term as I was leaving. When I asked her about it, she dismissed me. This kind of behavior is detrimental to your business. As a fellow professional, I understand the importance of good customer service. Please address this matter. Thank you. -T.S.

On Monday night, 03/21/[redacted], at 10:15 p.m., I attempted to contact Little Ceasar's on East Vandement in Yukon, Oklahoma. I encountered a busy line, which continued for 10 minutes. Upon arriving at the store to order pizzas with various toppings, I was informed that the oven was turned off and only pepperoni or cheese pizzas were available for purchase. I was disappointed and left with questions about the operational hours and pizza availability. It would be beneficial if the store's pizza-making hours were clearly stated on their website to avoid customer inconvenience. Thank you, Randyl Edgerton.

They are threatening to violate my privacy policy at the Ávila Camacho branch in Xalapa, Veracruz. I didn't receive a receipt at the Urban Center branch on 07-04-21 with cashier LQW8-COUNTER3 at 16:54. Today, it took them half an hour to give me 3 pizzas, they photographed me, and Mr. Enrique López Huerta at the Ávila Camacho branch in Xalapa threatened to post about me on Facebook. The Hot and Ready Zone is always empty there, even though I go because the food is supposed to be ready and hot. I have been trying for over a week to resolve an issue with a canceled purchase from Little Caesars Pizza. Despite being charged, I have not received a refund. I need to report several issues with Store ID 00[redacted]1 in Las Vegas, NV, at the corner of Durango and Warm Springs Dr. The employees frequently do not answer the phone or leave it off the hook, making it impossible for customers to place orders. The customer service is unsatisfactory, with long waits and sometimes incorrect orders. There are instances where no one is at the front register for 10 to 15 minutes, causing additional delays. The wait times for Hot-N-Ready items can be up to 15 minutes. The store's location is popular, but the service does not meet expectations. Often, there are unattended young teenagers without a store manager present. It would be helpful for a senior staff member to review the operations and improve the professionalism in the store.

I purchased a pizza from Little Caesars Pizza for my husband's lunch, but it was burnt and had a hard crust. I returned to the store and informed the staff. They apologized and offered a replacement pizza without charge, but there was a 30-minute wait. When I received the pizza, I asked about a refund to my credit card, but was informed I could only choose between the free pizza or a refund, not both. Another customer had a mistake in their order corrected with a free item, adding to my frustration. Speaking to the manager, I inquired how I could receive a complimentary pizza if I still had to pay for it. The manager was unhelpful and eventually refunded my money. I ordered the current special deal which included a Pepperoni and cheese stuffed crust pizza with breadsticks and a 2L soda for $13.49. I was pleased that it was ready earlier than expected when I arrived at the drive-thru pick-up window. However, I realized I forgot to specify ranch dressing for the breadsticks instead of marinara, and they charged me $.80 extra for a small container of ranch dressing. I found the additional charge unnecessary, especially considering the low cost of buying a whole bottle at a nearby store for $1.39. Additionally, I was surprised by the $3 charge for a 2L soda, as it seemed steep compared to the grocery store price of $1.49 for the same item. Despite the good deal, these extra costs were disappointing.

I tried to attach a photo to show you the burnt stuffed crust pizza I received. The order was correct with half pepperoni and half cheese, but unfortunately, it was burnt. I wanted to try the stuffed crust because my husband usually leaves the crust due to its hardness to chew. When I opened the box, the cheese part was also burnt. I took a picture and wanted to show you but couldn't, so I'll send it via regular email if needed. On a positive note, the staff at the Fort Pierce Little Caesars, particularly a courteous man named Sean or Shawn who took my order, were excellent. Despite the pizza issue, the young staff members were courteous, thoughtful, and hardworking. Although I was dissatisfied with the pizza, I must commend the whole staff for being kind and helpful every time I have been there, especially tonight.

We placed an order on the portal for pickup at 6:45, but our food wasn't ready when we got there. After waiting for 15 minutes, we received 1 deep dish cheese pizza, 1 deep dish pepperoni pizza, 1 order of Italian breadsticks, and 1 order of regular breadsticks. Unfortunately, only the regular breadsticks were edible. The pizzas were undercooked, not sliced, with gooey and doughy crusts. We visited the New Castle, DE location at [redacted] Dupont Hwy on Monday, July 12, [redacted]. My name is Michael G. I have both pizzas and I'm willing to return them to the store. I am concerned about the situation at the Little Caesars store located at [redacted] Ringgold Road in East Ridge, Tennessee. There is an employee named Katherine Kilgore who appears to be under the influence while working. In a leadership position, employees should set an example for others, and this behavior is unacceptable. I plan to contact the health department and the BBB about this issue. Katherine's poor hygiene and suspicious behavior impact the quality and safety of the food being served. It is evident to customers that she is struggling with substance abuse, which should not be ignored by the company. Her presence in such an environment is unsanitary and potentially dangerous for those being served.

I purchased cheese bread for lunch. The employee who took my order was very pleasant. However, when she handed me the bread, another worker briefly touched it before I left. This has happened before, making me concerned. I plan to address this issue with the store, as I have experienced similar situations in the past. I feel frustrated and disappointed with this recurring problem. It's unsettling when food safety is compromised. I have encountered similar incidents at other locations, and the lack of accountability is disheartening. I am appalled by the lack of hygiene and respect for customers. It is distressing, especially considering my health challenges. I simply seek a peaceful and safe dining experience. On 8/18/21, I placed an online order at this location, which I have ordered from before. Upon arrival, despite receiving an email that my order was ready, I was informed it was not. The person at the front was unaware of "Slices-N-Stix" and mentioned it was their first day. Three out of four items in my order were incorrect: 1. Slices-N-Stix: I received breadsticks instead. 2. DEEP!DEEP!™ Dish Cheese: I got cheesy breadsticks with sauce. 3. ExtraMostBestest® Thin Crust Cheese: This item was correct. 4. Italian Cheese Bread: I received it with sauce. 5. Crazy Sauce®: Was included as requested. Subtotal: $28.98 Taxes: $1.84 Total: $30.82 Several customers faced similar delays with their orders. This experience was unlike any I've had with Little Caesars. The store's disorganization reflects poorly on the company. I had an unpleasant experience at Little Caesars with an employee at the front. My online order was canceled because they only had thin crust, but when I asked her if she could have called, she lied and said she did. When she asked for my name and I provided it, she couldn't find my order under my name but only under my nickname. Despite me being frustrated, she rudely commented that I sounded hostile, which is not appropriate customer service. I also checked for missed calls, but there weren't any, and she dismissively mentioned that even if she didn't call, the order would still be canceled. I have several questions for Little Caesars regarding the delay in canceling my order, the lack of options available, and why employees are allowed to interact with customers in such a manner. This experience led me to leave without dinner for my child. I left due to the behavior of the African American lady with long bushy eyelashes and a bob hairstyle.

I have been waiting for 49 minutes in the line at the Little Caesars on Academy Drive in Bessemer, Alabama, only to find out that they did not have the two sausage pizzas I ordered. The line is so long that it reaches all the way back to the highway, and I am shocked at the lack of customer service. Despite the long wait, I wasn't even offered a drink while waiting at the window, and there has been a delay of 22 minutes since I placed my order. This experience is unacceptable and something needs to be done about the service at this location.

I am having trouble with the Pizza app. Despite being able to input my credit card information, I cannot generate a passcode within 35 minutes. Neither the store employees nor the staff at the 21st and Woodlawn store in North Wichita, Kansas, seem to be able to assist me in obtaining a passcode. After calling the store 10 times, it kept ringing for so long that it diverted to the fax machine. I decided to drive to the store since I couldn't order through the app and no one was answering the phone. When I arrived, I continued to call five more times, but no one answered; it kept going to the fax machine. I am frustrated by the whole experience and doubt I will purchase from them again. The lack of communication and service quality makes me consider switching to Domino's or Pizza Hut, as this experience was extremely inconvenient, taking an hour and a half just to order two pizzas. Additionally, the store lacks seating for customers who have to wait for their orders.

I frequently order from LITTLE CAESARS, and in the past, any issues were resolved by speaking to the store manager. Unfortunately, this time, the store manager did not handle the problem professionally. When my recent order was delivered short by one custom pizza, the DoorDash driver claimed it was not her responsibility. After a frustrating conversation with the store, where they blamed the driver, I simply wanted my complete order. Despite the ongoing blame game between Little Caesars and DoorDash, I made it clear that I only wanted what I paid for. I pay for delivery, service, and tip for promptness, which was clearly lacking in this situation. I don't mind how the process works internally, as long as I receive what I ordered and paid for. I ended the call feeling unheard and frustrated. I am requesting a refund for the missing custom pizza and the driver's tip. Thank you.

I visited Little Caesars at [redacted]-A West Butler Rd in Mauldin, SC. Initially intended to order from the Simpsonville location but realized the mistake upon arrival. After driving to Mauldin and attempting to enter the store to retrieve our pizza, we found the door locked. Despite seeing our pizza in the pizza portal and other customers waiting outside with us, the manager insisted we use the busy drive-thru. Unable to obtain our order, which included a pepperoni pizza, crazy combo, brownie, and two 16 oz. Mountain Dew bottles, we left. Subsequent attempts to contact the store have been unsuccessful. Hello, I'm Treda Graham. On 10/28/22 at 7:28 pm, I placed an order for delivery from Little Caesars on Austin Peay Hwy, scheduled for 8:35-8:40 pm. When it didn't arrive on time, I called the DoorDash driver who mentioned another stop at KFC. After speaking to the store manager and going to collect another pizza, I returned home to find the pizza left on the ground at 9:12 pm. I contacted DoorDash, but they redirected me back to Little Caesars for a refund on the delivery fees and tip due to the unsatisfactory service.

I am considering filing a discrimination case against Little Caesars for not serving me on a recent visit. Despite serving all other customers, who were white, I was left in the parking lot without being contacted. This lack of response and disparate treatment indicates a concerning pattern. Additionally, it appears that staff diversity might be an issue as there are no employees of color. This isn't the first time I've experienced issues at this location, as I have previously been served old pizza. It is unacceptable for an employee to discriminate based on skin color.
