The issue in GetHuman-suntatty's own words
I bought a new Samsung on August **, ****. I only had it for two weeks and the screen froze and went black. I took it back to the Telus agent and he sent it in for repair. Within two days of having the phone back, the same thing happened. I took it back to the agent and he informed me the screen was broken ( It is not!) and gave forms to send it in for a $*** repair. I do not feel I should pay for a phone that is defective, and would like a replacement as soon as possible. Since buying this lemon in August, I have only been able to use for two weeks. I would also like to have a reduction on September and Octobers bill as the phone has been unusable.
GetHuman-suntatty did not yet indicate what Koodo Mobile should do to make this right.
