I mistakenly booked the wrong flight on Kiwi. While I was entering my information, the reservation changed flights without my knowledge. Now, I have flights for the wrong time. I would like to switch to a flight of the same price. I didn't have the opportunity to adjust the booking before Kiwi confirmed it within 10 seconds. I kindly request to change the flight without any additional fees. Thank you, Rob

J'ai rencontré des problèmes avec mes achats sur Kiwi où certains n'ont pas été validés, ce qui m'a obligé à repayer mes options à l'aéroport. Je souhaite alors obtenir un remboursement partiel. Malheureusement, je n'ai pas réussi à les contacter par téléphone ou par e-mail. J'envisage d'envoyer un e-mail à Que Choisir pour signaler le non-respect des conditions et des frais encourus par le site. Je me demande s'il peut s'agir d'une arnaque, visant juste à encaisser de l'argent. Comment puis-je faire ma réclamation rapidement?

I made a booking for a flight from Zurich to New Delhi on December 3, [redacted], through Kiwi.com. The flight included a self-transfer in Abu Dhabi with a 2-hour and 15-minute layover. Recent travel restrictions in the UAE now mandate self-transfer passengers to undergo an rt-PCR test at the airport, await the results, and complete a 7-day mandatory quarantine. Unfortunately, my ticket did not meet these requirements, leading to denial of boarding due to the new regulations prompted by the Omicron variant. I am seeking a refund for this disrupted trip.

Dear Kiwi company, We booked a ticket (Booking Number: [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]) from SKG to MAN to PRG on November 28, [redacted], with Ryanair and Jet2. Unfortunately, we were unable to board because we did not have the required U.K. passport, a condition that was not communicated to us when we made the booking. This information was only disclosed to us upon receiving the tickets. As a result, we missed a crucial business appointment in Prague on Monday at the Van Center. We kindly request a refund for the ticket, or alternatively, a replacement flight to Prague or Bratislava. I am currently in the process of booking a trip for myself and my daughter. After the payment was processed, I received an email requesting an additional $66, stating that the price had increased during the booking process. However, I have since noticed that the prices have actually dropped to $43. I have been attempting to contact Kiwi over the phone without success in speaking to a live person. I am considering leaving a public review regarding my disappointment with this process, but I wanted to reach out via email first. I would appreciate a prompt callback at [redacted] (USA). Good morning. Three months ago, I joined a waiting list to speak with one of your operators. Despite sending over 5 emails and trying to contact you through the app, I have not been able to reach you. If this issue is not resolved, I will file a complaint for potential scam activities, and my lawyer is informed about the situation. Seven months back, I had two tickets booked to Miami. Due to testing positive for COVID, I had to cancel the tickets. I contacted Iberia to cancel them, which they did, but for the refund, I now require an email from your end confirming my purchase on your website. Since that time, I have not placed any new orders and have not received any responses from your team.

I made a booking from Johannesburg to Harare on December 14th. Unfortunately, my flight got canceled, and I haven't received a refund yet. I have been communicating with a representative from Fastjet, and according to their system, Kiwi.com needs to make a payment so I can be rebooked on another flight. Hello, my partner and I missed our connection from Lisbon to Luxembourg (FR1791). We were flying in on flight TP1147 from Fuerteventura to Lisbon. With a delay of 1h05, it was impossible: terminal change with a lot of people, health check... so we had to book two new tickets Lisbon to Luxembourg (LG3760) at 85€ each + a hotel near the airport at 98€ per night + two meals at 30€ each. Good evening, I purchased a ticket from Bucaramanga to Montreal, went through the whole process, and was waiting for confirmation when I received information that the airline had adjusted the ticket cost. I was given the option to make the reservation again, but when I tried to pay, it deducted the total amount of the new ticket without any discount. When I first booked, the previous ticket amount was already debited from my account. I need to return to my country, so I hope for a solution. Thank you.
