We made a flight booking through KIWI for a trip to India with the following itinerary: - Frankfurt to Istanbul with Pegasus - Istanbul to Sharjah with Pegasus - Sharjah to Hyderabad with Air Arabia. Upon attempting to check-in online, we were informed by the airline that we needed to check-in at the airport. Despite traveling five hours with our 4-month-old child to Frankfurt airport on the morning of November 19th, we were unable to obtain boarding passes from the Pegasus counter. We were told that we required an e-Visa for Sharjah, which was not previously communicated to us by the airline or found during our research. This unexpected requirement prevented us from traveling as planned.

I made a booking with kiwi.com using booking number [redacted]51 for a flight on November 20th from Tijuana to Cancun for myself (C.A.) and my friend (E.R.). The return flight was originally scheduled for November 28th. I needed to arrive in Cancun earlier, so I booked and paid for a separate outgoing flight upon kiwi.com's advice. However, upon my friend's arrival at the airport, the Aeromexico representative in Tijuana split our ticket and instructed her to have me call 01 55 5[redacted] to activate my return ticket with the code ZKOCJA. After contacting them, I discovered that my return ticket had been canceled because it was not reactivated within 24 hours, unbeknownst to us due to a lack of documentation from the Aeromexico representative. Unfortunately, the number provided was unhelpful, and now I urgently need to have my flight AM [redacted] on November 28th from Mexico City to Tijuana reactivated. Good afternoon, my reservation number is [redacted]31 scheduled for December 3rd. Due to Covid-related reasons, our hotel and all others in Vienna, Austria, have closed, leaving us without accommodation. It is clear that the flight should be canceled as well. The Spanish embassy strongly advises against traveling to the country while it is under lockdown. The entire Austrian population is under restrictions, only allowed to leave home for urgent matters. I have been in contact with Wizz Air support, who suggested a [redacted]% refund to my Wizz Air account. However, since the payment was processed through Kiwi, they couldn't proceed with the refund. Hello, Kiwi.com was not able to sell me a flight from Riga to Tenerife and back. They offered me a different flight which I did not find suitable. I requested a refund, but Kiwi.com informed me that they are unable to process a refund. Instead, they mentioned that I could use the money for future flight purchases. As Kiwi.com could not fulfill my travel needs, I have decided not to use their services again. I am seeking a refund of [redacted] euros. Best, Enn Kull.

My wife's flight from Vienna to Peru was on Friday, Nov. 19, [redacted], but there were some issues during the journey. She missed connecting flights and faced delays but eventually reached her final destination on Sunday, Nov. 21, [redacted]. Now, I am trying to book the return flight from Peru to Austria for Friday, Dec. 10, [redacted], and return on Saturday, Dec. 11, [redacted]. However, I am unable to find any available flights on your website for the specified dates. I have already paid approximately €2,[redacted] for the round trip, so I urgently need assistance in organizing the return flight. Please arrange a new flight plan avoiding connections through Miami due to embassy closures in Peru because of the epidemic. An ideal route would be Piura - Lima, Lima - Madrid, Madrid - Vienna. Hello, I booked the flight through Kiwi. Unfortunately, I couldn't board the flight to Manila as they are only accepting direct flights now. My last connection was delayed for about a 72-hour layover, which is not in line with IATA regulations. I requested a refund from Kiwi and was told to wait for the carrier to process it. I have reached out to Etihad and Malindo airlines regarding the refund, but I couldn't get in touch with Airasia. I believe Kiwi should handle the refund promptly as their flight caused the delay. It has been 35 days, and I haven't received any update, which is frustrating. Please assist me in getting the refund sorted quickly as this delay is unacceptable.

Hello, My husband was scheduled for a flight from Budapest to Beirut via Larnaca. Unfortunately, he was denied boarding as he did not have the necessary passenger locator form for Cyprus, which was needed for the luggage retrieval and check-in process in Larnaca. Due to this unexpected situation, he had to rebook an alternative flight to reach Beirut today. Hello, I recently booked a flight from Adelaide to Ahmedabad through Kiwi. During check-in, I was informed that I needed a transit visa due to changing terminals and airlines. I was under the impression that I could cancel for free within 24 hours of booking. I need to cancel my reservation as soon as possible. I noticed that the refund amount shown is only $11, but it has been less than 12 hours since I made the booking. Can you please assist me with this issue? I made a flight reservation with you on November 10th with booking number [redacted]75. Yesterday, I received a message about a rescheduling that affects our journey to our final destination, Tirana. The proposed alternatives all require additional payments, which is not ideal. The first segment of our flight remains unchanged, but the second part has been rescheduled a day earlier, leaving us stuck in Venice. One option shows a connecting flight from Venice to Tirana on the originally booked day. I believe it is only fair for you to rectify this issue without extra charges. I made a mistake with the arrival date; I need to arrive on the 31st in the morning, but due to my error, I will arrive on the 1st. As soon as I bought the ticket, I realized this mistake. I was quite shocked to receive a notification informing me that my reservation has been canceled. I attempted to contact them but could not find a customer service number to assist me with this issue. I hope they can refund my full amount promptly so I can purchase a new ticket before prices increase. Otherwise, I am unable to afford a new ticket at the moment due to the cancellation that was not my fault. Thank you.

I made a purchase and paid extra for 2-day shipping. It has been more than a week now. I spoke with Thomas from customer service, who promised a refund for the expedited shipping fee. I mentioned that if the item didn't arrive by Saturday, I would prefer to cancel the order. Thomas assured me it was dispatched and we could cancel if it didn't show up. I recently made a flight booking through Kiwi.com for a trip from Frankfurt to Hong Kong scheduled for December 31st. Unfortunately, the Hong Kong quarantine regulations require a hotel booking confirmation for the mandatory 21-day quarantine period, but all hotels are fully booked until the end of February. As a result, I had to cancel my flight. Kiwi.com only refunded me 10 Euros out of the [redacted] Euros I paid for the ticket. Given that the cancellation was due to circumstances beyond my control related to the COVID situation, I believe I should receive a full refund. Additionally, my attempts to contact customer service were unsuccessful, compounding the issue. I am seeking clarification and resolution from Kiwi.com regarding this matter.

I booked a flight from Frankfurt to Hong Kong on December 31st through Kiwi.com. The Hong Kong quarantine regulations require a hotel confirmation for a 21-day quarantine, but all hotels are fully booked until the end of February. Since I couldn't get the required confirmation and had to cancel my flight, Kiwi.com only refunded me 10 Euros out of the [redacted] Euros ticket price. The cancellation was due to the COVID-19 situation, not by choice, so I believe I shouldn't bear the flight fee responsibility. Kiwi.com should refund the full amount. Additionally, I had a difficult time reaching their customer service, which was very frustrating.

Upon arrival in Johannesburg for my connecting flight to Dammam, Saudi Arabia, I encountered an issue with Ethiopian Airlines. They mistakenly believed my final destination was Dubai and informed me I would not be permitted to enter. Despite showing them my itinerary clearly indicating Saudi Arabia as my destination, they directed me to the agency for resolution. I returned to check in, but the flight had closed, preventing me from boarding. Due to the late hour, I was unable to reach the travel agent for assistance. I urgently require rescheduling to continue my journey for work purposes.
