I got a new K Classic about * months ago as a replacement to my * yr old one that stopped working. About * weeks ago, it powered off during a regular brew. I powered back on and the same thing happened again and then water and coffee went all over the counter. I tried descaling, cleaning all the parts and even the brewing needle that pierces the k cup. It seemed to work a little but it keeps shutting off and I am very disappointed with it. Based on what I have discovered, this could be a known issue of shutting off and nothing seems to help. I am hoping to either receive a replacement coffee maker or even willing to pay a small amount for an upgraded model. This one is different from my *st one. It seems to take longer to brew a cup than before. Please let me know what you can do to help. Thanks!
