I recently purchased the pod for using ground coffee. I spent several sessions of ** minutes each trying to get it to work. This INCLUDED reading and RE-reading the directions. I have pics of FOLLOWING the directions and the pod does NOT FIT! I pulled a little lever toward me to retract the needles and put the pod in. BUT, it is TOO TALL in the pod assembly. It will not close and I did not want to force it, thus breaking it. HOW MAY I SEND YOU THOSE PICS? The S*N: ***.****.*******. My BIGGEST complaint with Keurig is CALLING and TRYING to speak with Customer Service. They always read from a script with NO BRAIN INPUT. I tell them the exact steps I have followed. Their reply is ALWAYS the same: They start telling me step-by-step what I just told them I already did. It would also be very helpful if I could understand more than * out of every * words. For an American, people say I have no particular accent, but I really have to focus to understand their English and it is only partially successful.*The POSTIVES of Keurig are the PRODUCT, WARRANTY, and the Customer Service I received via an EMAIL.
