I placed an order for * thighs and a wind extra crispy. I was told they only had thighs and I accepted. I get to the window and pay for my order with my debit card waited ** minutes for the employee to come back to the window to tell me they didn't have thighs. I asked for a refund and was told I would have to wait *-* business days. They took my card and gave it back without a refund receipt or an apology for their lack of service.This is unacceptable and this location is always having issues of concern.
