Hello ! Very disappointed with who you have managing your Stratford, CT KFC ( A female manager). I placed an order for my staff at *:** online. Very simple process however the email I received said it would be ready at *:**pm. Placed my credit card on line to pay for the purchase, and then sent one of my workers to retrieve with a picture showing the order. I then received a phone call from my employee stating the order isn't here. I said please show the picture to the manager at the store it says it right there. I then heard the manager screaming stating I don't care what you show me its not here and was not sent here. My employee stated lets fix the problem and KFC manager kept screaming. We then asked for your number to try to rectify the situation and she said I don't know who to call . We tried to ask for her name and she turned and walked to the back of the store.continuing to yell As you know customer service is what keeps us up and running and at this point we will not be returning to this franchise. We have Popeyes right next door that is appreciative of our business . Sorry we were treated this way.
