Ordered $** Fill Up & didn't get a gravy or biscuits or my cookies. I called right away to have the mistakes fixed BUT the "OWNER" was EXTREAMLY RUDE & he yelled at me & hung up because I said I was calling the corporate office! They insisted They we're not going to fix these mistakes & insisted you only get * gravy for your entire meal & that it's always been that way also claim that I have never been allowed to substitute the sides. None of this is true! We have ALWAYS recieved *Lg gravy per *Lg potato & they have ALWAYS allowed substitutes on the sides!
For starters I want an apology for being yelled at by the owner. All they had to do when I did call is fix these mistakes. I did not want anything for free. I only wanted what I paid for. NOW I feel differently.
I have literally been a life long customer at this exact same restraunt! ** years to be exact. I have had to contact management in the past about mistakes made on my orders & until now they have always been kind, professional, & until now they ALWAYS fixed any mistakes. No I am not sure who is running the restaurant but they were not in any way at all plesant to deal with.
