Okay the description of what happened in the product would be my meal number one was missing macaroni and cheese and a biscuit my meal number two was missing buttermilk ranch macaroni and cheese mashed potatoes and gravy and also the biscuit money on number three had no buttermilk ranch and no coleslaw and also no biscuit meal number * was the entire pot pie was missing only came with a drink nothing else there were no condiments at all and there were no cookies or biscuits that were supposed to be included the pot pie was however reimbursed it was part of a $* Meal which was just a pot pie and the drink. it was reimbursed and we had to reorder it which also then at that point charged him another service fee and a delivery fee .so a $* meal ended up coming out to almost $** and that's with a discount. I want it fixed. I'd like it was missing to be given to us since we paid for it. although it won't make any difference anymore because the rest of the meal is not there . so I'd like maybe hopefully some suggestion on how you guys are planning to fix this. We have children in the house that we had to figure out what else we're going to give them for dinner. The one question I do have is when did it become mandatory to pay a tip ?was that not supposed to be now and has always been for as long as I can ever remember that tips depend on who and how the driver is and and completely up to the customer whether or not they are going to pay a tip? So when my brother went to KFC to try to correct this not only were they extremely rude to him but because the dining area is not open ,he is on a motorized bicycle, they refuse to even pay any attention to him or treat him like a human being and slammed the window in his face very rudely and said to take it up with doordash. So Not only was our order completely incorrect ruining dinner for our family but they were also very extremely rude to my brother. I am very very upset about this I would never recommend doordash or KFC to anybody that I know because of this incident and I would like to know how this problem can be rectified. I don't want to have to tell you how it's going to be done ,that's not up to me that should be up to you guys . there should be a plan for when something such as this happens. there are many people that work in your corporate office that get paid for things just as this .I'm not going to be doing anybody's job . somebody needs to contact me again and let me know how this is going to be fixed. I do have plenty of time on my hands , i have nothing better to do but get this resolved one way or the other thank you.
