On Dec *, **** we ordered a $** fillup through the drive-thru at the KFC, **** Alum Creek Dr Columbus, Ohio *****. Got it home and there was no gravy and was missing two pieces of chicken. I called the store. The phone rang probably ** times and before answering it was disconnected. I called right back and the phone was answered. I told the person that answered what was wrong with our order and they immediately hung up!
