I have been a customer at this KFC for over 30 years, and today's experience was completely disrespectful. The cashier, Lewis, had a terrible attitude, clearly showing he didn't want to be there. I ordered 20 fresh hot wings, which usually takes about 10 minutes. After waiting for 20 minutes with no other customers in line, I realized Lewis hadn't even put in my order. When questioned, his response was dismissive and unprofessional. Management did not handle the situation well, offering no eye contact or apology. This level of service is not acceptable and they need better training to represent KFC properly. Lewis' behavior towards me and other customers was concerning, indicating a lack of respect and competence.

I would like to address a concerning experience I had at the KFC Dungun Malaysia Branch on October 27, [redacted]. Upon requesting to cancel my French fries order and replace it with another, the staff initially refused citing that the order had already been entered. After some discussion with my aunt, the staff reluctantly canceled the order with a rude attitude. Subsequently, we felt compelled to bring this issue to the attention of the manager or supervisor. Unfortunately, the response from the manager was dismissive, implying that such poor customer service is commonplace at this branch. I urge KFC to take these customer service issues seriously, as I have heard similar complaints from other patrons on social media platforms. It is essential for the staff to treat customers with respect and professionalism.

I want to share our Sunday routine where we always grab takeout from the KFC in Mounthbatten. Unfortunately, there's a recurring issue with our orders. Today, on October 28th, at 1:20 pm, we ordered 3 pieces of chicken, 1 zinger box, and an extra piece of chicken, totaling $18. Regrettably, when we got home, we found only 2 pieces of chicken instead of 3 in our order. This has become a common problem every time we order from this location. Despite being loyal customers, we are disappointed with the consistent poor service we receive. Our house is quite far from this KFC, so returning to correct the order would be inconvenient. The staff member who served us was an Indian girl, and we hope she pays more attention to getting the orders right in the future.

I visited KFC on Waterloo Road in Stockton and was disappointed by the dirty store, unclean tables, and restroom. Upon standing at the register, I did not receive any attention from the staff for ten minutes despite trying to get their attention as they worked the drive-thru. I eventually gave up and went through the drive-thru where I was informed they were out of multiple sides I tried to order. I ended up having to accept different items than I originally wanted. Furthermore, the food we received was crispy instead of the original recipe we ordered. This experience was quite upsetting as my wife and I dine here often due to her working in the area. It's clear that this KFC location needs significant improvement as this has not been the first time we've encountered such issues when trying to enjoy a decent meal together.

On Halloween evening around 6pm, I visited KFC hoping to purchase two 10-piece buckets of chicken. Unfortunately, there were three customers ahead of me who had been waiting for over thirty minutes. When I inquired about the delay, I was informed that it would take about an hour because they still needed to bread and fry the chicken. Surprised by this, as KFC is known for selling chicken, I observed only three customers in the lobby waiting along with me. Disappointed with the service, I have decided to go to a different chicken restaurant to feed my family before we head out for trick or treating. It seems like this Halloween, KFC is more focused on tricks than treats. I will be sharing my experience with others. This incident occurred at the KFC location on Atlantic Boulevard in Atlantic Beach, Florida.

I recently visited KFC in Paradise Valley, San Diego and purchased a 12-piece chicken tenders meal for $22. This meal included 1 large mashed potato, 1 large coleslaw, and 4 biscuits, but unfortunately, there was no military discount. The size of the tenders was smaller than expected, with most pieces being only 2 inches long, one at 1 inch, and only 2 at 3 inches long. This left me disappointed as the meal seemed only suitable for 2 people, and I felt like I didn't get my money's worth and was still hungry. I later saw a TV commercial for Burger King offering 10 chicken nuggets for $1, and I regretted not choosing that option instead. I bought the KFC meal on 10/31/[redacted] around 12pm, hoping to have a filling meal for Halloween night.

Today, my experience at the drive-thru was disappointing. I waited for 5 minutes without anyone taking my order, despite trying to get attention in various ways. The restaurant's cleanliness was also lacking. Despite requesting compensation, I was unsatisfied. I was in the drive-thru for 10 minutes without assistance. I went inside and asked an employee about the drive-thru, she confirmed it was working but apologized for the wait. However, when I approached the counter, another worker (with skin issues, no offense intended) ignored me three times. The first employee then asked the second one to help me, reluctantly she did so. Later, a manager offered me a free Coke for the wait. Another lady, Pam, placed the cup on the counter roughly. I must say, this is the worst KFC in town. I even overheard employees complaining about customers getting on their nerves while I was there.

I have visited the KFC / Taco Bell location at [redacted] N County Rd W in Odessa, TX multiple times, and typically experienced a 20-minute wait for service, which seems to be the norm. However, tonight at 8:30 pm, I was surprised to find the drive-thru menu board dark, making it challenging to decide what to order. On top of that, when I approached the drive-thru window, no one greeted me, and I was informed that getting items from the Taco Bell menu would take at least 45 minutes while items from KFC would take another 40 minutes, with limited options available. When I requested to speak to the manager, the employee hesitated, and I overheard disrespectful remarks from the staff. This experience left me feeling disappointed as the service fell short of the standards I was used to at a KFC in Glenwood Springs, CO. I hope the management at this location can address these issues and ensure a more professional and efficient service for customers like myself.

Hello, my name is Marissa. I placed an order at KFC Randwick through Deliveroo but unfortunately did not receive my coleslaw and potato and gravy, which total $4.95 and $5.95. I felt frustrated when the staff member I spoke to asked me to contact Deliveroo myself to resolve the missing items. Despite my disappointment, I was not offered a refund. I provided my order number [redacted] placed on 3.11.18 at 5:53pm. I would appreciate a refund for the two missing items. I encountered difficulties reaching Deliveroo customer service for assistance. This experience has left me dissatisfied with the customer service at KFC Randwick and I am reconsidering ordering from them in the future.

On October 31st, [redacted], I purchased the $20 fill-up meal with an extra side of green beans and 4 additional biscuits at store # [redacted] in Peoria, IL. Despite being out of white meat, I accepted the order. Upon checking, I discovered the green beans were missing, so I returned to get them. After further inspection, I found only 6 pieces of chicken in the bucket instead of the usual amount. Although I initially thought I had received all the biscuits, I later realized I was shorted the extra box I paid for. Despite being 20 minutes away, with my grandchildren eager to go trick-or-treating, I decided not to return for the missing items. Frustrated by multiple errors in one order, including previous mistakes, I believe I should be fully reimbursed. Receiving just a $5 coupon would not resolve the repeated inaccuracies in my orders. I value accuracy and hope for improvement to avoid losing a loyal customer like me. Thank you.

My partner and I visited KFC Lancaster on 1/11/18, and though we usually order the same items, I requested to swap a drumstick for a thigh or rib in my night bucket order. Unfortunately, each time I asked, the staff needed to check in the back. When the food arrived, it was all haphazardly placed in a bag - two hot wings instead of one of each, the drumstick I didn't want, and a soggy thigh that was saturated from being in the bag instead of a box. There were even feathers still on the chicken. This isn't the first time we've had issues at this location. It seems they no longer offer mayonnaise and my partner received cold chips, while my food was carelessly packed. The staff's attitude was disappointing, and it's clear some of them might not be fully attentive. During our visit to your Houston store, #G135518, on Saturday, November 3rd, [redacted], at 2:44 pm, we were informed that our service dog could not enter. Despite wearing her official service dog vest and medallion ID tags, we were denied entry. We explained the federal statute allowing service dogs everywhere their handlers go but were met with hostility. Requesting a manager proved futile as none attended to our concerns. We were subjected to unfriendly looks while ordering and dining. I implore your management to reach out to me at [redacted] to discuss how your staff can be educated on this federal law. Failure to contact me within 2 days, including today, will result in us seeking publicity to address this issue. Kindly address this situation promptly, as your employees are in violation of the law.

I rarely eat out. However, every time I've attempted to order a chicken pot pie from the KFC in Shawnee, KS, there's been a 20-30 minute delay because they never have any available. This is the main reason I visit, and I've had enough. I don't intend on going back; I may give another KFC location a chance, but if this issue persists company-wide, they should consider removing the chicken pot pie from the menu. It's frustrating and disappointing that each time I try to have a nice treat with my family, we are unable to get what we want. While I initially remained patient and understanding, this marks the 6th consecutive occurrence. This is unacceptable. Instead, I opted for Wendy's because at least they can provide what I order promptly, without a 30-minute wait.

Last night, on 11/5/18 around 9:30pm, I visited the KFC located at [redacted] N. Galloway Ave in Mesquite, TX [redacted]. I ordered a number 13 without Mayo and requested for my pickles to be on the side. Initially, the person taking my order said they couldn't do it, but after a brief moment, they informed me that it was possible. When I reached the payment window, I overheard employees in the back office and the one preparing my food laughing, joking, and mimicking me for my request. I found this behavior distasteful and unprofessional. I asked the gentleman at the window to let them know that I could hear their conversation, and it was rude. I called this afternoon to speak to a manager. The person who answered, claiming to be the manager named Joe, stated he couldn't provide his last name. I felt uncomfortable complaining to him as I suspected he might have been involved in the mocking behavior. I find this unacceptable and have decided not to return to this location. Thank you.

I had a terrible experience at the KFC store in Blythewood yesterday at 8:30 pm. The mashed potatoes I received were gray, and when I went back to exchange them, the drive-thru cashier was extremely rude and unhelpful. He refused to give me a refund or fresh mashed potatoes. When I asked to speak to the manager, they were no better and offered no solution. The whole staff seemed unsympathetic and unprofessional. I even had to wait a long time just to try to get wedges instead of the gray mashed potatoes I initially received. The entire experience was frustrating, and I left without a replacement or a refund. It's disappointing when a simple request for fresh food turns into such a stressful situation.

On 11/08/[redacted], I had a disappointing experience at the KFC branch located at [redacted] S. Union, Tulsa, OK, around 11:30 a.m. I ordered a 2-piece all-white meal and noticed the price did not match what I saw online. I politely raised this with the cashier, but instead of addressing the discrepancy, the staff member insisted on their in-store prices. When I offered to pay their price and voice my complaint with the corporate office, the situation escalated. Shalonda, the employee, asked me to leave and even threatened to call the police, despite my calm demeanor. Despite being a security supervisor and a Police Chief, I was treated disrespectfully over a dollar. Shalonda's lack of customer service skills and refusal to provide the store number were disappointing. This experience was unprecedented for me, and I question whether other customers are handled the same way when they point out discrepancies.

On the 11th of August [redacted], my friends and I visited the KFC in Newberry, SC, at Restaurant #[redacted] for lunch. While waiting to order, a woman entered, accusing employees of calling her phone during work. She reacted by using profanity and disrespecting customers, some with young children, creating an unpleasant atmosphere. The shift manager present did not address the situation, contributing to the chaos. The woman continued to use foul language both inside and outside the store, causing some customers to leave. The only employee who apologized and tried to calm the situation was the cashier. The lack of professionalism displayed by the manager and other employees was disappointing. I believe an investigation is necessary, and the manager involved should be dismissed, as their behavior reflects poorly on the store.

I visited the KFC on 11/9/[redacted] around 4 pm after work. I ordered a $20 fill-up meal. Upon opening the box, I noticed a strange smell coming from the chicken. After inspecting it, I found that some pieces were undercooked and looked old. When I brought this to the manager's attention, they were rude and did not apologize. The replacement they gave me also had an old piece in it. I noticed during my visit that the cashier handled money and food without gloves or washing their hands, which is unsanitary. This particular KFC location on the lower east side is poorly managed, and the quality of the chicken has declined. I believe someone from corporate should closely monitor this location to ensure better food quality and sanitation practices.
