The issue in GetHuman-riveray's own words
Ordered * meals and * biscuits through the drive thru at KFC *J******. When I received my order the * biscuits were missing. I wait until someone noticed I was still at the window. Since the * employees, one being the manager completely ignored me. When Krystal the drive thru employee finally decided to walk to the window she yelled out "why the **** is this woman still at my ******* window." So loud that not only did I hear her clearly through the closed window. But my ** year daughter who was sitting in the back seat also heard her. When asked for corporate's number the manager came to the window and was no help at all. Not only did this employee totally disrespect me in front of her. Now she stated she didn't have corporate 's number and I would have to google the number. Really?
GetHuman-riveray did not yet indicate what KFC should do to make this right.
