I had two flights since I could not book a direct..both were delayed and the two had little time to grab bag out of overhead and get to gate on Friday…same thing on Sunday and only to be told by TWO women at the customer service desk that since I booked with points they could not help me refute if I missed the flight that was ** minutes apart…I am so disgusted with this airline..I’m getting rid of the card and giving the points away to my kids and starting over again…
