Hello, I am Yeshey Tshogyal. On June 13th, [redacted], I traveled with JAL operated by American Airlines from LGA to ORD. My flight number was JL7659 and my ticket number is [redacted][redacted]-89. Unfortunately, I was offloaded at Chicago (ORD) and my luggage, with tracking/tag number AA040376/AA040377, was supposed to be with American Airlines in baggage claim 6, but they stated they never received it. After finding an alternative flight with Qatar Airways (QR0726 and QR0830), I discovered my luggage was not forwarded there. I have already filed a claim (File Ref: BKK[redacted]) upon arriving in BKK after spending 6 nights in Thailand waiting for my luggage. Currently, I am in Bhutan but my luggage has not reached me. I believe my luggage might be in the lost and found at ORD, Chicago. Can you assist in forwarding it to BKK to be handed over to Drukair, Royal Bhutan Airlines (KB)? Our JAL flight reservation got canceled, disrupting our plans to visit Japan on our way back to the US. Despite numerous attempts to rebook by phone and email, we still have the wrong booking date. We've tried contacting various numbers in the Philippines, Japan, and California as well as visiting the Makati office without success. With our flight date fast approaching, we urgently need assistance from Japan Airlines. Thank you.

I recently purchased a JAL flight through American Airlines and would like to change my meal plan to Vegetarian. Even though I can't access my reservation through JAL, it shows up on American Airlines' website. I keep getting an error message stating the flight schedule has changed, and certain details are unavailable due to various reasons. The message mentions that I won't be able to view booking information if changes occur within 48 hours of departure. JAL will provide updated information if reissuing tickets is necessary. If the reservation was made through a travel agent or other channel, I should contact them for assistance since certain functions may be limited.

On April 2, [redacted], I bought 2 business class tickets for Flight JL 1 departing San Francisco on September 4th, arriving at Haneda at 3:00 pm. The reservation number is 6TQLDC. Unfortunately, it seems this flight has been cancelled, and JAL has replaced it with JL057, landing at Narita at 4:45 pm, which is 1 hour and 45 minutes later than my original booking. Moreover, Narita is about 1 hour further from my hotel compared to Haneda. The substitute flight JL057 arrives right at the start of rush hour, causing a delay that will impact my scheduled meetings. I kindly request a full refund of $12,[redacted].80 (USD) for the cancelled flight JL1, as the new flight JL057 arrives too late and at a less convenient airport (Narita instead of Haneda).

I recently received an email from Japan Airlines informing me of a change to my return flight. Despite trying to confirm the booking online, I encountered an error stating that my name was entered incorrectly. I am currently in South Africa and seeking assistance in accessing my booking, as the online system is prompting for a middle name that I do not possess. My reservation number is 68K61C, and the booking is for 4 passengers traveling from Rome to Helsinki to Tokyo. The flight alteration is for the return leg, moving from January 4, [redacted], to January 5, [redacted]. Hello JAL, I have booked a round trip from Vietnam to the USA departing on 11-14-22 and returning from SFO, USA to Vietnam on 01-11-23 with JAL. My return trip includes 2 stopovers: 1. SFO to LAX 2. LAX to Haneda, Japan. I would like to inquire if it is possible for me to check in directly at LAX and skip the first flight from SFO to LAX on 01-11-23. My partner and I booked flights through Expedia for travel from LAX to SFO and then SFO to Tokyo HND, but encountered a delay causing us to miss our connecting flight to HND. Alaska Airlines arranged a new flight for us the next day, but it shortened our time in Japan. We are hoping to adjust our return flight from HND to LAX from March 29 to March 31 and cover any cost difference instead of purchasing a new one-way ticket. Despite attempts to reach Expedia for assistance, they directed us to Japan Airlines. However, at the Japan Airlines counter in SFO, we were advised to contact Expedia as they handled our ticket purchase. When we reached out to Expedia again, they explained that Japan Airlines manages the ticket due to the flight change and advised us to contact Japan Airlines directly. After trying to call Japan Airlines without success, we remain hopeful to extend our return flight with just a fare adjustment.

Good afternoon, I am the secretary for Mrs. R.A. Teixeira CPF: [redacted].[redacted].[redacted]-72 and Mr. M.A. Freitas Rocha CPF: [redacted].[redacted].[redacted]-20. They bought tickets through Japan Air Lines with locator 6LBKOL via Mytrip Brasil using reservation number M5DB96. Due to a positive PCR test result in Brazil before their trip to Japan via Lisbon, they are now in quarantine in Portugal. Mr. Rocha, being diabetic and hypertensive, is at risk for COVID-19 complications and cannot continue the journey per advice from his Brazilian cardiologist. They are requesting ticket cancellation and a refund due to these unforeseen circumstances, attaching the positive test results. Hello, I am reaching out regarding my upcoming trip to San Francisco this Friday, May 5, along with my sister, Rosalina N. Retonio, aged 69. Hello! I am interested in purchasing a flight from Helsinki to Tokyo (Haneda Airport) and back with Japan Airlines (JAL). I have been checking JAL's website and noticed that they offer flights JL046 and JL047 in February and March [redacted], which have a shorter duration of around 9 hours 30 minutes to 10 hours compared to the current flight duration. I would like to know if you could provide more information about the itinerary for these flights in February/March [redacted] and confirm if they will be using Russian airspace. I am SIM/CHIO CHHUI, a member of Japan Airlines with membership number JL [redacted]50. I am currently in Malaysia but will be in Singapore next week. I have yet to receive my Japan Airlines Membership card despite submitting my application with my sons Andy Yeo/KheeMeng and Leonard Yeo/Khee Teck, and my sister SIM/CECILIA CHOI YEE. They have all received their cards last month, but mine has not arrived. After chatting with JAL today, I was instructed to email [redacted], but the email bounced back, indicating the address couldn't be found.
