I am having issues with the customer service at Jack in the Box, specifically the Riverside, California location on California and Van Buren Boulevard, [redacted]. The service and food quality here are consistently below par. Despite this, I do appreciate their beverage bar and the vanilla roofers I usually order, along with the strawberry cream Dr. Peppers. The main problem arises from them accepting electronic benefits cards from the food stamp office, as the food quality often doesn't meet expectations. During a recent visit for breakfast with my daughter and a friend, we received hard croissant sandwiches that were almost inedible, accompanied by greasy hash browns. These meals had to be mostly thrown away as they were not fresh at all. I have already lodged this complaint twice without any resolution. I am seeking a full refund or credit for gift certificates to make up for these unsatisfactory purchases, as there are other Jack in the Box locations in my area with better service and food quality, even if they do not accept EBT payments.

I recently had an unpleasant experience at the Ripon CA store during the overnight shift around 1am. Upon arrival, I waited for over 10 minutes behind a car at the drive-thru with no communication or acknowledgment. Despite attempting to place an order at the speaker, I was met with complete silence for another 5-10 minutes. Frustrated, I approached the drive-thru window to find two employees in the office. When I inquired about their operational status, the manager dismissively mentioned it was lunchtime, offering no further assistance. The lack of communication and professionalism was disheartening as I shared my concerns about their drive-thru lights being misleading. Unfortunately, my feedback was ignored, leading me to inform other waiting customers about the closure. This recurring issue at the supposedly 24-hour drive-thru is concerning, and I am considering avoiding this store altogether due to the inadequate service during this shift. Regards, Larry N.

I tried to place an order at Jack in the Box at 10:59 pm at Store #[redacted]. My order included a Buttery Jack, #2 Curly Fry, and Sprite. The employee named Rojas assisted me. Unfortunately, my order was not received as requested. Instead of the Curly Fry, I was given a cold Jr. Jumbo Jack or Jumbo Jack, which I could tell was not what I had ordered. This experience was disappointing, especially since this location is just 5 minutes away from my house. I have the receipt and a picture of the incorrect burger I received.

During my visit to the Jack in the Box on Miracle Mile in Stockton, CA, I encountered an issue with the manager. Despite there being no customers in line, the manager insisted on only taking DoorDash orders while he sat in the lobby eating. He mentioned that if I wanted my food cooked, I would have to order through DoorDash, otherwise, I was advised to go to another Jack in the Box location. This was disappointing as the sign indicated the restaurant was open 24 hours, but it apparently closes for a few hours nightly. The manager's behavior was rude, and I believe if a place claims to be open 24 hours, they should honor that. Due to this experience, I do not plan to revisit this particular location.

Yesterday, I placed an order through the app indicating my order would be ready in 8-10 minutes. When I got to the store, the drive-thru was unavailable, so I went to the locked front door where three employees were inside but not helping customers. Despite pointing out my payment of $30 already taken, they said they were closed until Sunday. I argued that I should get my money back since the order couldn't be fulfilled. They were unhelpful and dismissive, insisting I return another day. It was frustrating to deal with the unprofessional and rude staff who didn't acknowledge the problem or try to assist me. My experience with the service at this store has been consistently poor, and their behavior was unacceptable.

Yesterday afternoon, I visited the Jack in the Box drive-thru at [redacted] Old School Road in Springtown, Texas [redacted]. I ordered four Jumbo Jacks and a large French fry. Regrettably, I received four Jumbo Jacks with mustard only. As a diabetic, I had no choice but to eat it, not realizing the error. When I returned to the store with my receipt to address the mistake, the manager's response was shocking. She was rude, threw her food at me, and said hurtful things in front of other customers. This behavior is unacceptable, and I am seeking resolution regarding this incident. I would appreciate speaking with someone to address this matter.

I have visited 2 different Jack In The Box locations on separate days, both showing as open on the app but were closed before their regular hours. I placed mobile orders at both places in advance. I have already submitted a refund inquiry through Jack In The Box, but have not received any response. This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I will not be making any more purchases at their establishment until I receive the $44 they owe me. Burger King can offer same-day refunds on the app, so Jack In The Box should be able to do the same. They really need to improve their service.

While in the parking lot of Jack in the Box on Ramona Expressway in the City of Perris, California, I placed a mobile order with my location services enabled. Despite paying for the order online, when I reached the Drive-Thru window, I was told I was at the wrong Jack in the Box location. I don't have the time to drive 15 minutes out of my way to the correct location before work. This situation is frustrating as I couldn't get the food I paid for. I would like a refund promptly.

Yesterday at the Jack in the Box in Wahiawa, Oahu, I had an awful experience. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a Mac Nut shake but was informed abruptly that they didn't have any shakes available. Normally, there would be a sign indicating this, but there wasn't. I settled for fries and egg rolls instead. When I arrived at the window, the cashier ignored me and conversed with other employees. After a 2-minute wait, he took my card, completed the transaction silently, and handed me my order without a word of thanks. Shocked by the lack of customer service, I called the store to speak to a manager named Mary. She rudely interrupted me, so I ended the call. Now, I am attempting to contact the corporate office, but no one is picking up the customer relations line as promised. The service at Jack in the Box is severely lacking these days.

Today at 6:30 a.m., Jerli, a District Manager of Jack in the Box, texted me apologizing for the unsatisfactory service and offered to make things right. He shared his cellphone number +1 [redacted] and email [redacted] This direct contact seems unusual, and I am uncomfortable with him having my information and potentially seeing my photo on Google. I deleted my address due to this discomfort. I haven't found any information about him online, which raises suspicions. This personalized and direct contact has left me feeling uneasy as I have never received such communication from a company representative. I am concerned about the potential privacy implications, as Jerli now has access to my name, phone number, address, and possibly my photo from my Google account. The discrepancies in the information provided, such as the Jack in the Box affiliation versus the signature mentioning Stein Enterprises, and the inability to find details about Jerli online, have escalated my unease. I have removed my personal information from my Jack in the Box profile due to these concerns, leading me to feel uncomfortable and anxious. I recently visited Lakeside's Jack in the Box and used two coupons—one for two breakfast sandwiches for $3 and one for two breakfast tacos. However, when I received the bill, they charged me $4 instead of $3 for the sandwiches. This discrepancy at drive through order #[redacted] made me question if this is a deliberate practice rather than an honest mistake. I need assistance with my $51.99 order. After being notified by the app that it was ready, I went to the store only to find out it wasn't prepared. Despite being told it would be ready shortly, I ended up waiting nearly 2 hours as they served new customers. Even when my order was ready, over half of it was missing. The staff refused to address the issue. After waiting a total of 3 hours, I received no compensation or resolution for the missing items.

The Jack in the Box on 51st Ave/Southern in Laveen, Arizona is disappointing. I don't have any issues with anyone wanting to work, but the African American female employees at this specific location do not conduct themselves professionally. They appear uninterested and are impolite to customers. I have witnessed them in pajamas, eating behind the counter, as if they were at home, creating numerous milkshakes and tacos. Regrettably, I will not be returning to this store. It would be beneficial to have a dedicated manager in place to address this behavior, but that might not be the case here. This situation reflects poorly on the store.

I placed an online order with my nearby Jack in the Box, but my Jumbo Jack was missing from the delivery. After contacting the store, they directed me to Uber Eats. When I reached out to Uber Eats, they instructed me that Jack in the Box needed to refund $4.29 to my credit card. I am feeling frustrated with the back-and-forth between the two parties. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Otherwise, I might have no choice but to escalate the issue by contacting my credit card company and disputing the $4.29 charge.

I am currently outside the Jack in the Box restaurant on King Street in Honolulu, Hawaii, eager to grab something to eat. However, I noticed that the dine-in door is closed and locked without any explanation. When I tried to get assistance, the worker inside was rude and insisted I use the drive-thru even though I don't own a car. The lack of empathy displayed was disappointing, and it seems like this location frequently closes early without valid reasons. If this matter is not addressed, I will escalate it to the BBB for further assistance.

I've had my order messed up twice this week by the same employee. First, I ordered a bacon breakfast jack and a ham breakfast jack inside, but received a bacon breakfast jack and a cheese breakfast jack. Then, when I tried to use a coupon for a $4 burrito and ordered two breakfast tacos, the employee overcharged me $5.49 for the burrito. When I pointed out the mistake, I only got 95 cents back, which is not the correct difference. Additionally, the employee forgot to include salsa with my order of two tacos, and when I got home, I discovered I was given an extreme breakfast sandwich instead. It seems like my order was mixed up with the truck behind me.

I went to Jack Box on Sunday at 7:24. I ordered a number seven, a bacon cheeseburger, an ultimate cheeseburger, and a Dr Pepper. Initially, I only got the burger and the drink, but not the fries with the number seven. When I questioned the missing fries, the staff member took back my bag to add them, causing cross-contamination. They then charged me twice, so I made another order for $11.24. Later, I was charged $16, but only $11 was refunded. I had to spend an extra $7. I would appreciate it if they could reimburse the remaining amount. Thank you.

I am reaching out because I encountered an issue redeeming a receipt/coupon from my recent purchase at store #[redacted] in San Rafael. In the past, I have easily redeemed similar coupons and appreciated the promotion, making this situation particularly frustrating.
