I ordered food for the first time on the jack in the box app but i was unaware you had to click prepare food now button within a specific amount of time or else your order gets cancelled without your consent but still charges your card. i want to have my food prepared and pick it up now but I do not have enough money in my account to afford being charged TWICE and have to wait for days to be refunded for the first failed attempt to receive my food. They withdrawled the last of my money and I cannot be forced to starve with nothing to eat because the app cancelled my order without my permission. Who can I call to resolve this major issue right away?
