I purchased a Jabra Elite 65t earbud set with a charging case from Amazon. The package arrived on May 7, [redacted], and I have been struggling for over two weeks to pair it with my devices. Even when I managed to connect via Bluetooth to my new Apple Watch Series 3, the earbuds keep ejecting from the charging case. This issue is particularly problematic for me as I rely on these earbuds to help with my tinnitus. I am now uncertain if there is a way to locate my lost earbuds or if I need to purchase a replacement. With various challenges going on in my life, including health issues and housing problems, having functional earbuds with noise cancellation features is crucial for me. I have an ongoing issue with the Elite 65T headphones I purchased from your company. Upon receiving my package, I noticed that one of the headphones was missing. Despite providing all the necessary receipts, a month and a half has passed, and I have yet to receive a resolution. Both your company and Verizon have been unable to assist, each claiming it is the other's responsibility. I believe a replacement for the missing headphone should be provided, given the significant amount I spent on the product. Dear Team, I need your support to resolve the issue with my Jabra Elite 65t charging case. I purchased the Jabra Elite 65t on 23-10-[redacted], but recently, the charging case stopped charging after being connected for more than 2 hours. It remains in a red blinking state. The right earbud is not charged and is turned off, while the left earbud has battery charge and turns on when removed from the charging case. Due to the charging case not functioning properly, I am unable to charge the right earbud. Despite being busy with work and daily activities, I have been unsuccessful in finding service support in Chennai for the past 15 days. Finally, I came across this customer support email online for warranty claims. Looking forward to your assistance.

I have lost my Jabra Elite 65t earphones. I attempted to use the app to locate them, but it indicates that one is near my neighbors and the other is close to me. I have been searching for the one near me without success. Is there a way to trigger a sound from the lost one to aid in finding it? If so, where can I find this option in the app? Additionally, the app shows that the one near my neighbors was last powered on September 14, while the one close to me was last powered on October 5, both in [redacted]. I invested a lot in purchasing these earphones and really hope to find the lost one soon.

I purchased the Jabra Elite 65t Titanium Black earbuds from Best Buy on 9/7/19 based on the recommendation that they were the best for phone use. Despite being pricier than others, I trusted the recommendation as I don't use earbuds for gaming or music. I only started using them in October and found out that the people I talk to on the phone complained about hearing too much background noise. Even after hoping it was a one-time issue, it's a recurring problem where the noise from my surroundings is clearly picked up by the earbuds, even 25 feet away. This makes it impossible for me to use them in my open office space or in a city setting. I am looking to return them but Best Buy is not acknowledging the issue, despite one of their experts recommending them to me. I hope to get assistance with the return. Thank you, RT.

I purchased a Jabra Elite 65t charger case with express shipping and have not received a confirmation email or tracking number. The order was placed on Saturday evening expecting it to arrive by Monday with express delivery. It is now Tuesday, and the package has not arrived, and I am unable to track it. I recently purchased a new pair of 65t Active earbuds from Currys/PC World. I am experiencing trouble pairing them with my Mate 20 Pro. Hello, my ticket number is #CS[redacted]6. I own the Elite 75t Titanium earbuds. Recently, I've encountered an issue with my left earbud not holding a charge for more than a few minutes. However, the right earbud and the charging case are working fine. I attempted to troubleshoot by re-pairing the earbuds, but the left earbud's light only flashes briefly compared to the right one. Additionally, I tried turning the devices off and on manually, but the left earbud's battery still drains quickly. Despite factory resetting, the left earbud's light behavior remains abnormal. I've also tested the earbuds with different devices with no success. I'm disappointed as I initially loved these earbuds and would appreciate a replacement left earbud to hopefully solve the issue and resume enjoying my music.

I would like to share my experience with two Jabra headsets I purchased within the last year and my interactions with customer support. Roughly a year ago, I acquired a new pair of Jabra 65Ts, which unfortunately only functioned for about 8 months before experiencing issues. Despite expressing my concerns to customer service, I was slightly surprised that there were no offers for a return or exchange. These headphones were only used indoors for work purposes and never exposed to extreme conditions. Subsequently, I obtained a refurbished set of Jabra 65T Active Elites. Initially, they worked well, but after 2 months, the right earpiece intermittently emits a high-pitched sound that could potentially harm my hearing. Additionally, the battery life has significantly decreased. I attempted to provide feedback through a survey, but encountered technical difficulties with the user login. I believe addressing these quality issues promptly and enhancing customer support responsiveness is crucial for maintaining the excellent reputation of Jabra products. Although I have recommended Jabra to friends in the past, I will temporarily refrain from further recommendations until these matters are addressed.

I don't currently need support, but I couldn't find a way to contact Jabra support without a character limit. I have a suggestion about the SoundPlus app's new "My Sound" feature. Most smartphone and headphone apps have similar features, but as a 36-year-old male with poor hearing and tinnitus, I question the value of these personalization systems for many users. Despite my hearing issues, I can hear all test tones in these apps. For users like me who need personalization the most, this doesn't provide true customization. Users could benefit from more options for personalization, such as using a slider or toggle bubbles to indicate perceived volume instead of a binary answer. This could allow for finer adjustments and improve the user experience. Some sounds are clear while others require intense listening, so micro-adjustments could enhance the app for those who need it.

I'm an 80-year-old person with hearing difficulties and I'm struggling with today's technology terms. I've been researching online but can't find the answers I need. I'm looking for earbuds that support multipoint connectivity for two specific purposes. First, I want to listen to my Bluetooth TV through the earbuds and seamlessly switch to my iPhone to take a call, then back to the TV without any hassle. Second, I use my Microsoft Surface Pro connected to my iPhone's hotspot for GPS while driving. I'd like to hear the directions from the Surface Pro through my earbuds and quickly switch to my iPhone for calls, then switch back to the Surface Pro without complications. I've been experiencing issues with my Jabra Elite 75t earbuds after a few months of use. They stopped pairing with my phone. I filled out and submitted a Claim Form. Jabra requested I return the earbuds, and I complied by sending them back on November 15th as per their instructions. Jabra assured me I would receive an update within 2 days of them receiving the earbuds. However, as of December 2nd, I have yet to hear anything from them.
