I am currently in the Bahamas and am unable to reach JVC's support due to restrictions on my IP location and telephone number. I am experiencing issues with my Arris DCX525e cable box. The entire image on screen is displayed incorrectly when connected to my DLA-x790RB Projector through an AVR or direct HDMI. The receiver's menu is also cut off at the top and bottom. I only have the aspect ratios 16:9 and 4:3 available, and while the sides of the images display correctly, the top and bottom are problematic. Testing the cable box on a regular TV shows no issues with the image. When I connect an AppleTV, there are no problems with the image whether through the receiver or directly into the projector. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this issue.

I am looking for assistance in finding the download location for the software for my JVC Camcorder. I have been using the software on a laptop to record church services and create DVDs for members. Unfortunately, my laptop stopped working, and I can't find the original installation CD that came with the camera. I now have a new laptop and would like to reinstall the media management software to continue providing services for the church. I checked JVC's website but couldn't find the software because my camera model is old, and when I entered the model and serial numbers, they were not recognized. I purchased the LT-70MAW795 from Walmart.com in January. The unit worked well until mid-October when the picture disappeared. I contacted support on 10/22/[redacted] and received claim# [redacted], but was told to wait 3 to 5 business days, which I misunderstood as 5 days. Subsequent calls on 10/29/[redacted] and today only led to more waiting and vague promises. I emailed on 11/12 with no reply and tried to call today, waiting over 2 hours to no avail. This lack of response and poor customer service is frustrating. I have a useless TV on my wall and need help resolving this issue.

I purchased a television from the Damasco de las Mercedes store, and unfortunately, it started experiencing significant screen issues. Following the warranty guidelines, I brought it to the technical service for inspection. They issued an order for a replacement TV. Despite my multiple follow-up calls, I have yet to receive the replacement as promised.

I own a JVC Mx-Ga77 stereo that has been working flawlessly since I bought it years ago. Recently, while playing music at a moderate volume level, the stereo suddenly lost power for the first time ever. Upon inspecting it, I discovered that 2 out of the 4 fuses were blown. The unit's standby light would come on, but nothing else happened. I replaced the fuses with 6a 125v ones as I couldn't find the exact 6.3a fuses locally. After installing them, the stereo started up, but after a few seconds, I heard a pop noise, and it went into protect mode and shut off. I'm puzzled as to why this is happening now when I never had problems before. Any insights on why this may be occurring would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Our JVC TV froze on one channel last night, and despite trying to change it via the guide and replacing the remote batteries, it remained stuck. Today, the guide displayed different channel numbers, jumping from [redacted] to [redacted], skipping channels in between. In the evening, the TV flickers on channels making it unwatchable. We are unable to reprogram or update it. The TV has a history of freezing on specific Netflix movies, with time delays, despite being only 18 months old. Assistance in troubleshooting or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
