My JBL free wireless earbud replacements came in a few weeks ago. I just came back from work travel and tried for the first time and the left side earbud cuts in and out even worse than the pair that was replaced. Since the replacement pair is just as bad as the first pair I would like a refund
I have bought JBL everest *** and clip * and haven’t had issues with those.
I have tried all recommended solutions and nothing works
