JBL's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-xxaselda a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue in GetHuman-xxaselda's own words
I bought a JBL flip four, seven days ago, yesterday I dropped it one meter from the ground (it fell horizontally), it did not bounce much. Then with my friend who also has the flip four, we use the Connect mode to listen to the music more loudly, when at five minutes my JBL sounds like a membrane in a strange way, and my friend does not (being the same speaker ), this happened in the strongest phases of music. After five hours of what happened I was in my house and the JBL started to fail, it gave every five-ten minuted a break of approximately one sec. And finally, when you use it from a period of **min to one hour, the speaker stops and music is not heard being linked to my device. My question is if I can go to change it to the store or if those in the store send it to JBL to fix it and they do not want it because I've fallen, I honestly do not know what to do. Can somebody help me?
