The issue in GetHuman-xxaselda's own words
I bought a JBL flip * * days ago, yesterday I dropped it * meter from the ground (it fell horizontally), it did not bounce much. Then with my friend who also has the flip *, we use the Connect mode to listen to the music more loudly, when at * minutes my JBL sounds like a membrane in a strange way, and my friend does not (being the same speaker ), this happened in the strongest phases of music. After *h of what happened I was in my house and the JBL started to fail, it gave every *-** min a break of approximately * sec. And finally, when you use it from a period of **min to *h, the speaker stops and music is not heard being linked to my device. My question is if I can go to change it to the store or if those in the store send it to JBL to fix it and they do not want it because I've fallen, I honestly do not know what to do. Can somebody help me?
GetHuman-xxaselda did not yet indicate what JBL should do to make this right.
