J. Crew refuses to cancel an order I placed on December the *th. They will not respond to my emails. I am planning to refuse the package at this point. The **% discount was not applied to certain items on the order and would have never purchased the items in the first place without the **% discount! I have misplaced my cell phone and the battery is dead, so I cannot call. I have not seen the chat online, although it stated they are there every day, from *am to **:**pm ET. The order * is: ********** I have e-mailed their contact address repeatedly for days and received to response. I have also frozen the credit card I used to place the order. I am steaming at this point! I have been emailing from *****@***.com.
