I will not be returning to IHOP in the future. IHOP has taken a stance by distancing itself from Carlson Tucker of Fox News. This decision implies support for limiting free speech, which goes against the values of many long-time customers. It seems IHOP is now catering to a different customer base. This shift disregards the beliefs of the majority of Americans who value truth, freedom of speech, tolerance, and respect for all. IHOP's choice to align with a particular political viewpoint and endorse censorship is disappointing.

On Christmas Eve, my spouse and I had a disappointing experience at the Plano, TX location where we have been regular customers for the past five years. Our order was incomplete when served, and the waitress had a rude attitude when we asked for it to be completed. It took 15 minutes for the manager, John, to appear after I requested to speak with him. Despite there being only a few other tables occupied, he mentioned he was busy cooking in the kitchen. The omelet from my order arrived promptly, but the pancakes were delayed by 10 minutes. When I asked for a fresh order, the waitress's attitude was unpleasant. This incident left me feeling dissatisfied with the service at this Plano Pkwy location.

As a Federal Government Food Inspector overseeing 14 Dining Facilities on a military base, I recently visited IHOP CULEBRA RD in San Antonio, TX with my wife on 12/26/[redacted] after a late flight. Dishearteningly, the restaurant was unclean with a discernible mold odor. The customer service was lacking - my Colorado omelet was overcooked with large meat chunks, whole jalapenos, and hardened cheese. Additionally, I requested hot sauce and received a dirty, open bottle of Tabasco. My wife's bacon was undercooked and cold. These food quality issues are concerning given food safety regulations. I plan to report this establishment for not adhering to food codes and maintaining poor sanitation. This experience has deterred me from returning to IHOP, despite its proximity to my home.

During our recent visit to the Kingsville, Texas IHOP on Friday evening, we encountered an unsatisfactory experience. Despite being regular patrons at this location over the past 6 months, the quality of both the food and service fell short of our expectations. I opted for the grilled chicken cobb salad with ranch dressing on the side, while my husband chose the country omelet with rye toast. Despite a relatively empty restaurant with only a few tables occupied, we waited nearly 20 minutes for our meals. The server seemed confused about the blue cheese and eventually substituted it with shredded cheese. Upon receiving our food, my salad had excess water in it, lacked eggs, and the grilled chicken was cold. When inquired about the missing eggs, the server mentioned a 15-minute wait, prompting me to decline. Instead, I received a subpar side of fruit that was sour. My husband's omelet was correctly cooked, but the rye toast was stale and hard. The manager seemed indifferent throughout our meal. Overall, I would rate this experience a 6 out of 10.

My friends and I visited IHOP on NW 64th Street near Kansas City, MO, and from the beginning, we felt unwelcomed. Despite waiting nearly 30 minutes without being served, the manager approached us and incorrectly claimed we couldn't have our eggs prepared as requested. After a long wait, our food arrived, but my pancakes had vegetables underneath. When I raised this concern, the manager brushed it off. She eventually replaced the pancakes but scolded me for asking to take the leftovers home. This led to an argument, with the manager behaving unprofessionally and even calling the police. This experience was unacceptable, and it's concerning that other customers have faced similar treatment. It's vital for IHOP to address this matter promptly to avoid further escalation. The manager's behavior was unacceptable and should not be tolerated in any establishment.

As you have chosen to stop sponsoring Tucker Carlson, I have decided to boycott your products. Carlson's show offers a balanced view, featuring both conservative and liberal guests, making it fair and impartial. It is disappointing that you have pulled your support from his program. The decision feels like a double standard against conservatives, especially when other liberal media programs can be more extreme. I believe Carlson's show deserves to be supported, and I am disheartened by your actions.

I visited the IHOP at 2 North State Rd 7, Plantation, FL [redacted] at 11:00 pm. Despite the signage indicating they're open 24 hours, when I, along with my son and boyfriend, entered the restaurant, we found four employees standing around. We requested to place an order, but they mentioned no one was available and said they would call the manager. After waiting for five minutes, they returned to inform us they were closing and couldn't take our order. This inconsistency is frustrating as I rely on them being open 24/7. Walking to the nearest IHOP only to encounter the same issue is disappointing. Misleading customers with incorrect operating hours is not acceptable. It's disheartening as a loyal customer to face such inconsistencies. I urge IHOP to rectify this matter promptly.

We had a group of about 35 to 40 people visit the IHOP in South County, St. Louis, Missouri. After being seated and placing our orders, we received coffee that tasted old. Some of us had issues with the food, like undercooked eggs. When it came time to pay, the manager ran one credit card and then requested to run it again, citing limitations. The service was subpar—no one checked on us, and the manager pushed for tips on individual bills despite the poor service. We are dissatisfied and seek resolution for this experience. We hope management can address these concerns promptly. Thank you.

To whom it may concern, I'm writing to share my recent dining experience. Last night, I visited your restaurant with my two grandsons before heading to the airport. While our server was excellent, and the food was delicious, the wait time for our meals was excessively long, approximately 35 minutes. During our meal, another server at a neighboring table displayed unprofessional behavior, including cursing and causing a disturbance in the restaurant. This behavior was disrespectful to both guests and staff alike. Despite this, our server, who wore glasses and had her hair in a neat bun, handled the situation gracefully and apologized multiple times, even though it wasn't her fault. I would like to emphasize the importance of maintaining a professional environment for guests. Our visit took place on February 13th, [redacted], between 6:30 and 7:00 in McMinnville, Oregon. We settled the bill in cash. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Brenda

Hello, I am reaching out to corporate regarding an employee at the Grand Forks, ND iHOP. The Night Shift Manager, recently promoted, is named Christina Claire. I worked there briefly earlier this year, and my boyfriends, Iyan Quick and Jason Utley, also worked there. I have had ongoing issues with Christina that have escalated to what I consider harassment. She has made defamatory statements about me to my boyfriends and others, even contacting Jason's ex-wife with personal information. This behavior has now extended to Iyan, culminating in a recent incident where she falsely accused me of mistreating the GM and not cooperating with iHOP. The GM seems overwhelmed with employee issues and does not address the situation. I believe that employees in managerial roles should display professionalism and refrain from harassing staff about personal matters. This situation has caused me considerable distress, and I am unable to visit iHOP due to the presence of Christina and Natasha. Iyan is worried about potential retaliation, but I feel compelled to address this behavior. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I placed an online food order at 9:40 a.m., with the pickup time noted as 10:20 a.m. When my boyfriend arrived to collect the food, he was informed that it was being prepared. However, after waiting until 10:50 a.m., he discovered they had forgotten about the order, resulting in the food being left to get cold. They offered a replacement, but he didn't leave until 11:20 a.m., a whole hour late. The food he finally received was lukewarm, making us suspect it was the original food reheated. This experience was disappointing, especially since I enjoy eating at IHOP. It's disheartening as this is the only IHOP in town, and I now have concerns about placing online orders with them in the future.

Hello, my name is Danny, spelled D-A-N-N-I-E. I visited IHOP in Carrollton on Highway 61 last night with my daughter. We were regulars there, going nearly every day during the day for about a month. However, our experience last night was disappointing. It took 45 minutes to get our food, which arrived cold and not well-prepared - eggs were fried hard, bacon was burnt, and the potatoes were overcooked. When we asked for a box to take the food home, it was just thrown on our table. We paid around $30, but there was no veteran's discount offered at night. Unfortunately, we won't be returning. I wanted to share my feedback. Thank you and have a nice day.

Hello, My name is Alexis Clemens, and I am reaching out because I was terminated due to unprofessional conduct. Some of the issues I faced with the management at IHOP include being asked to work off the clock, being treated unfairly by managers like Hunter and Rob, and experiencing hostile behavior from coworkers like Richell and Jessica. I had difficulties with the managers not allowing me to put tomatoes on an omelette, being told not to work when the manager Hunter was not on duty, and feeling pressured to work off the clock to prepare for health inspections. Additionally, there were incidents of personal conflicts being brought into the workplace, leading to a hostile environment for me. I would appreciate it if these concerns are addressed and resolved. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, A. Clemens

When my party arrived at Odessa IHOP at 9:30 pm, we noticed the restaurant was understaffed, which resulted in only 7 tables being in use. Despite two tables leaving by 10:00 pm, no new patrons were being seated. Rumors heard by another customer suggested the night crew was required for more seating. While I anticipated a slow service, I was shocked at the halt in service without any communication. Even with a small team, more tables could have been accommodated. The lack of notification about the delay was unacceptable. The experience was extremely disappointing and left a negative impression.

On 03/11/[redacted] at around 12pm, my family and I visited the IHOP on University and Sheridan. We have been here before, but this time we were seated close to the restroom and kitchen, which was a new experience for us. Our server, Lindsay, whom I've seen before, attended to us. However, several issues arose during our visit: 1. We were not provided with enough napkins or utensils for our party of four. 2. My drink order was incorrect twice, and the server was rude when I pointed it out. 3. The appetizer order was wrong even after I showed Lindsay the menu. Moreover, the restroom and kitchen were in poor condition. The women's restroom had an overflowing toilet, broken plates were on the ground near the kitchen, and I observed meat on counters with unwashed dishes. The unpleasant smell from the overflowing toilet only added to the unsanitary experience. I raised these concerns with the Manager, Travis, who simply tallied the bill and bid us a good day. I am requesting a refund for this unacceptable experience and insisting on necessary code enforcement. The level of uncleanliness was appalling, and I am deeply dissatisfied and deterred from returning to this IHOP unless significant changes are made to the staff and management.

I am disappointed with my recent visit to the shop at [redacted] N Central Expy, McKinney, TX [redacted] on March 2nd. I went there to order some food to go, specifically plain pancakes, chicken tenders, fries, and a side of blueberry pancakes. The employee who took my order was rude and rushed me, resulting in me receiving two orders of chocolate chip pancakes instead of what I ordered. Additionally, my extra fries were missing, and the food was cold. This was distressing as my mom cannot have chocolate. I attempted to address the issue in person, but a family emergency prevented me. My family didn't eat the food due to the mix-up, and since I couldn't reach anyone by phone, I am sharing my concerns here.

I recently placed orders with IHOP through DoorDash. Unfortunately, I encountered several issues with my orders, such as receiving raw steak, missing Coca-Cola, and cold food on three separate occasions. I reached out to the store, and they promised to compensate me with $10 comp cards. However, after not receiving the cards in the mail as promised, I called back and was met with disbelief and rudeness, especially from someone named Lisa at the University location this morning. I expressed my disappointment and mentioned escalating the matter to the corporate office. It is disheartening to be treated poorly after being a loyal customer. I hope the store can address their customer service concerns.

My recent breakfast experience at the local IHOP on [redacted] S Pueblo Blvd, Pueblo, CO [redacted], left much to be desired. Despite enjoying the steak tips and eggs, the upgraded strawberry cheesecake pancakes were undercooked and gooey, leading to a disappointing meal. The service took a turn for the worse when my waiter, after blowing his nose without washing his hands, proceeded to handle the food with unwashed hands upon my complaint. The manager's response was lackluster, only addressing the issue after being called over. Unfortunately, I ended up with severe food poisoning shortly after leaving the restaurant. The following days were a blur of sickness, high fevers, and an inability to care for my children or attend important meetings due to the food poisoning aftermath. It was a harrowing experience and the worst case of food poisoning I've ever faced.

My friend and I went to the East Lansing IHOP around 12:30 am. We waited for about 25 minutes to be seated and then noticed our server had a strong smell of marijuana. Even after placing our order, we waited for an hour without receiving our food while others who arrived later were served. Our server disappeared for 10 minutes and then went to eat at another table without addressing our order. It took another server 5 minutes to inform us that our food was delayed due to understaffing and a new chef. After almost 2 hours of waiting, we left without receiving water or food. This experience was disappointing, and we won't be returning. Hopefully, these issues are resolved soon.

A friend and I visited the iHop in East Lansing around 12:15 a.m. We were asked to wait for a booth and sat patiently for about 25 minutes. Once seated, our server, who smelled of marijuana, took our order. Unfortunately, customers who arrived after us received their food first. After waiting 1 hour, we inquired about our order. The server said he would check, but 20 minutes later, he began eating at another table without addressing us. Another server informed us that due to short staffing and a new chef, our food was being prepared. After nearly 50 minutes since ordering, we still hadn't been served water. Disappointed with the lack of service, we decided to leave without our meal. This experience left us unwilling to return to this location. It is essential for iHop to address staffing issues promptly to avoid such incidents in the future.
