I recently traveled two different times down through Illinois, with two different vehicles, both I own. I got a getipass machine a cpl years ago, but NEVER set up my account or installed the unit into a car. Both vehicles have been out of commissiom at different times for more than months I did not drive it. I receiveed a bill for one vehicle from IL toll*Riverlink..however one vehicle that I drove down was billed through getipass. I triedto find my account and it was not set up. Now ive recieved ONE statement, with **.** dollars for statement fee!! on **.** actual tolls. Wouldyou consider reducig the fees added? I do not wish to use the getipass, and would have paid the tolls like the other vehicle, IL did not charge me to notify what the actual money due was. Thks
