I received an email from you stating that my license plate AL***** has incurred more than five video tolls this month and i will be charged the full rate if i use the Tollway for the rest of the month. My transponder has been in the same place on my windshield since i bought the car in August ****. I took my transponder out just now to see if it was expired and it doesn't expire until *****. I don't know how to correct this problem, nor do i think i should be charged full price when it obviously is the transponder having a problem
