Reservation **********Unfortunately my reservation was canceled by the host last minute....as in I was notified less than ** hours in advance. On the website I see that this request was made on March **, three days before I was notified. After trying in vain for over ** minutes to try to find a way contact Home Away, my sister had already been able to rebook us on AirBnB, unfortunately in a smaller two bedroom place instead of having three bedrooms, for the same price. *I’m incredibly disappointed in this experience with Home Away and questioning what kind of customer service they have. Are you compensating me for the additional cost * smaller accommodation? *If what the hosts tell me is true I feel bad for them, but I don’t even know if that’s the case. *Please inform me why my reservation was canceled (I know what I was told) why I was only informed on the **th when the request was made on the **th, and what support * compensation Home Away is willing to provide so I can evaluate how I want to follow up on this issue. *Thank you, *Kelly
