Dear sirs.*I had one very negative review in July **** and as a consequence of that review I stopped receiving new bookings. After having a chat with one of your agents I understood that I can open a new account for the same property and you will help me to transfer * bookings which I have in the old account to a new account.***.* **** I opened a new account for my property (HA *******) and at the moment I have * accounts for the same property. ** Will you please help me with the following issues:***.
