I want to verify my payment, already taken by my AMEX card, for Reservation * ********* *Hawaii, July **th-July **th *****February *th $****.** deposit no invoice sent.*February *th $*** service fee, invoice received.*April **th $*,***.** no invoice sent *I am concerned because I have received no invoice for the amount paid other than service fee. Have tried to phone twice, first time not able to speak to anyone, second time spoke to someone, was put on hold to verify amounts, after approximately * minutes the phone went dead, or I was hung up on?*I am concerned that on my original statement I was sent it stated that the final amount was due on July **th, so presumed I would be paying at the apartment complex, not in itself an issue. The issue I have is I want to make sure that it has been paid and I owe nothing else. I do not want to arrive in Hawaii on July **th with my family to be told we have no booking. Please could you invoice me for the total amount paid, which is $*,***.** excluding the service fee. *I would appreciate a fast response because if it is not your company taking this last payment I will dispute this with AMEX.*Thank you for your assistance

Check you email junk box, I had received the Email on **th April from the apartment manager but it had gone to my junk box. I had just updated my phone on Saturday and it popped up a few minutes ago in my inbox, sent from my junk mail. Thank you for your time.
