Last year I sent an availability and cost request for a property in France, for a week in may ****! When I received the cost it was out of my budget so I sent an email to the owner stating I would not be booking this time as too expensive.*Last month I checked my trips on the home away app and noticed that this property had been reserved for me and a payment plan set up! I sent a cancellation request to owner stating that I didn’t confirm booking and didn’t want the property! I have now received a message from her stating that I need to pay the next instalment (I haven’t paid anything yet!) and no reference to the cancellation! I have emailed her again stating that I didn’t make this booking and it needs to be cancelled! *Can you please advise what else I need to do to get this property cancelled and removed from my account? *Many thanks, Claire
