We have been renting through VRBO *now Homeaway for years. This is the first time we have had so much difficulty cancelling a reservation. In the past all we had to do is contact the owner and it was taken care of. Now the process is complicated and long.*And we have never been charged the full amount at booking. I was shocked when the full amount was charged in March of **** for a booking in March ****.*I have to say we will be thinking long and hard about booking with you again. This experience and the fact you charged the full amount a year in advance is unacceptable.*Sincerely Jane and Craig Maccloskey

How GetHuman-jmacc fixed the problem
I actually have not yet heard from VRBO about my concerns. However my rental fee has been refunded so I am going to be patient and hope they will respond in due course. If not I will continue to write. Also if someone has a phone number that will get me to management I would appreciate it.
